Hi Guys I was wonderring if anyone can give me an insight into a problem ive noticed with my car lately, when im cruising along, not in any specific gear, if i go on a off the throttle lightly just to speed up or slow down i get a hard clunking feeling coming through the car which i can feel in my seat, when i was reversing out of my driveway the other day which is uphill i put the clutch in and out and got a louder clunk when the clutch disengaged and engaged, my driveline is stock apart from and "xtreme" hd single plate clutch, the car does have and a-lsd tho if that helps. Car is a s2 r33 gtst any help and info is much apprietiated cheers Nick

im a fan of gaspari products ,so far ive used intrapro, size on, superpump250 although i didnt find superpump250 was as gud as it was cracked up to be, im guna go back to black powder. intrapro is gud wpi but it didnt last long at the recommended dosage i do like size on tho and wud recommend it

yer i have really cracked down on wat i eat lately and just keep it as healty as possible, also i dont wanna just lift weights i want to able to run and have that endurance there so i will keep the cardio in there just not as much as i have been doing cheers nick

ok so im now coming to the end of my first lot of sups i am using mri black powder and pro-nos whey isolate complex, so far it has been gud the black powder has given me alot more energy while training and the pro-nos doesnt make me feel as hungry as i usually wud throughout the day and i feel alot better i general, as for training ive been doing weights but just as much cardio as im trying to lose this f**kin layer of fat around my waist, might try something different for the next lot maybe a creatine supp, i was thinking of giving no xplode a go of just going the full mri stack of black powder , pro-nos and war any pointers? cheers Nick
