That link for the rack you showed before may not be optimal for dipping for you, who's to say the grip width of the handles won't be too wide for you? The ones on mine are angled so you can place your hands on different parts of it to get the proper dipping width.
Going back on SS until I hit 180kg dl, 140kg squat, 100kg bench. Didn't feel like I was getting anywhere on the other program I was on, progression felt too slow.
You could try deloading over the week i.e. 8 rep max - 100% Mon, 90% Wed, 80% Fri but keep the reps the same over the week, then next week go for 9 reps etc. Best to stick to a program if you can.

I usually do 1 scoop to 600ml water. Watermelon is good, I'm using blue raspberry which is nice as well. I don't notice any diffrerence with the xtend but I just drink it because I like the taste lawl, so usually lasts me about 6 months.
Did this just now, got 14 reps at 102.5kg at 68.5kg. It recorded but when I picked it up I must have pushed cancel or something, will try again on Monday. That was without warmups and not Deadlifted in about 2 months, well traditional DL anyway.
I'm currently not doing traditional DL's as the routine I'm doing uses SLDL's instead. I think the SLDL's should help to a dregree in increasing my normal DL though. Probably won't start doing traditional DL's for at least another 2 months.
What's your DL at now? Was reasonably high from memory.
