  2. I wouldn't worry to much about losing motivation, when you're packing on the size you should be able to keep going.
  3. Dan you need to figure out what your goals are, cutting out carbs while trying to build muscle is not going to work very well for you. If you're bulking, carbs will be making up most of your calorie intake. Creatine is a cheap supplement, and is backed by science unlike 90% of the other supplements.

  6. 'Lean bulking' is the way to go! I aim for 1-1.5kg a month so that nets me some fat gain but of the 11 kg I've put on over the year and a half my pant size has stayed them same. I might do a cut closer to the end of the year, will probably regret it though because I probably won't be as big as what I want to be but I should be able to hit my strength goals by then which is what matters more to me.

  10. +1. I fitted myself QFM HPX with new RDA rotors on the fronts about a year ago - no problems. Got workshop to put rears on with new rotors about 8 months ago and have had this exact problem which has gotten worse over time. It's LOUD and very annoying, going to change the rears before summer hits (does it straight away if its a hot day)

  15. ? he said calories, that is a kilocalorie or kcal. You can't do both at the same time. You'll want to bulk, but keep in mind it will result in fat gain and how much is dependant on how many calories you eat over your maintenance level.   16. Why do you take a pic of yourself in the car window, it makes you look 2x bigger than you actually are. 1700 calories is probably maintenance cals for an ethiopian child. What are your goals?

  22. Considering birds is doing it for appearance I don't think its retarded, the most aesthetic feature is the v taper (nohomo). Obliques are worked in a lot of your compound movements and also some abdominal exercises so imo they are not worth isolating. I don't stretch I just do a few quick warm up sets.
