  1. Cant believe its taken me this long to get to see the f1s live, definately will be attending another one next year. Pretty happy with the results.
  2. Cant wait til race day, might need to get some ear plugs because im pretty much in front of the starting grid
  3. Opened up at 9:30. Just got back. I thought the 'breakfast' in the morning would have been a buffet style breakfast not a sausage in a piece of bread with with a warm can of red bull! Anyway got some pretty good pics in pit lane. Going to watch the v8 races tomorrow
  4. About to do a pit walk, melbourne weather sucks!
  5. Go to a podiatrist would be my suggestion.
  6. imo 73kg, 5"8 at ~10% looks good
  7. I know some people hate taking advice especially from some random on the internet, but do "Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength" program. Trust me this routine will give you a solid base especially coupled with your newbie gains and diet (this is very important) http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224&page=1 Yes it's a long read but you can get the jist of it from the first few pages. If you plan on going ahead with it make sure you read the whole thing though. Even better you can do this routine at home with some basic equipment and the workout is 3x a week at about 45mins so more free-time!
  8. notsureifsrs.jpg If it was quick everybody would do it!
  9. Too many exercises/volume. Try Lyle Mcdonalds Generic Bulking routine, it's an upper body and lower body split twice a week.
  10. The spewing/headaches could be because of dehydration, are you drinking enough water during the day and throughout your workout? I'm not sure what your goals are so it's hard to say if that routine is suitable.
  11. I'm bulking and I'm good on the diet side of things with the surplus and all. I'm going to do this routine at home instead of the gym, so I'll just buy myself a squat rack. Do you recommend eating the same amount of calories on the rest days considering it's only 3x a week? I know your body is still recovering and needs the extra calories, but does it need the same amount as a lifting day? Did you find yourself able to fully recover in the legs from doing the squats and deads one day then 2 days later doing squats again?
  12. Anyone done madcows 5x5 routine? I'm going to give it a shot when I get back from Melbourne in March
  13. I don't think it would effect it in anyway, but I'm only taking a guess here.
  14. I don't really see the logic behind this question, just mix it up however you want and drink it! Or eat it, I put it in my oats. Oh and Dan, pics of gf?
  15. I like Max's, there a good brand but I think they are pretty expensive. There WPI is really good if you can justify spending the extra coin, I've got a tub at home (got it for free for being a gold member ). But I generally opt for Optimum Nutrition.
  16. No Red Bull pics?
  17. 2 hour workout? probably lost muscle with all that cortisol your body released lol. Workout 45-60 minutes max unless your on roids.
  18. Nice. I know what you mean by the right gym., it's all about the atmosphere/vibe
  19. How long have you been lifting?
  20. You're best to do it in front as your more prone to shoulder injury doing anything behind the neck. That's not to say you shouldn't do it behind your neck, but the muscles worked for both ways are almost identical so I would take the form that is less prone to injury
  21. The loading phase is one of those debatable subjects where everyone has an opinion if it's necessary or not. I personally do not load and only take the 5g serving a day in my PWO shake. It's a fairly inexpensive supplement anyway and there are alot of articles that claim it works.
  22. Any brand of creatine monoydrate is good. Follow the instructions on the packet.
  23. @ 3 minutes. http://www.youtube.c...feature=related This guy brings the lolz. Lost it at 7:37
  24. That sounds like a strength training program, I thought your goals was to put on some weight and size? Oh and Pre-workout supps are pretty good, they do help somewhat. Some people though can't do a workout without them, those are the stim junkies lol
  25. I will also add my rear one doesn't work also haha. Stopped working well before the front ones started playing up
