  1. Accidentally discovered a glitch last night to get infinite money... Grab an expensive weapon, hold L1 to throw it then hold Triangle then press R1. It will throw the weapon but also drop one at the same time so you end up with two of the same weapon... I glitched it, makes the game more interesting having maxed weapons and not having to worry about money to repair weapons.
  2. Agree with this from personal experience. I did 3 x workouts a week for about 18 weeks and it worked (probably not to my maximum potential) and gained 8kg's. Then I hit a plateau for 6 weeks and I look back at that as wasted time. As soon as I changed my workout to a 4 day split I was on the path to gaining again. Full body workouts are essential for ectomorphs but they shouldn't be done on the one day, they should be split over the week. Your routine has some good compound movements in it but you should really split muscle groups onto different days. As for the eating a lot, to put it blunt - get used to it. You have to constantly eat that's why I said it was a lifestyle change. If you split your meals up into 6 meals a day your body will adapt to it in no time. In your first year you will gain the most muscle. Honestly take advantage of that and train hard for the first year and you will see big results if you eat and rest well.
  3. Lost countless hours of game play on the weekend because of that auto save glitch. Thought I could fix it by deleting the patch, deleted the patch and lost all my trophy progress and I'm 70% complete FFUUUUUUUUUU. Temporarily fixed it by setting it to single player and that seems to have fixed it but still a bit pissed Hope the updated patch puts all my trophy progress back...
  4. Best of luck, it's a lifestyle change For bulking and gaining size my advice would be to isolate muscle groups on different days i.e. day 1 chest/biceps, day 2 shoulders/back etc. This gives time for full recovery if you're doing it once a week. Just make sure you have a solid diet and count calories <-- can't stress that enough.

  6. Shoulder presses feel good man Diet doesn't look too bad, doesn't look like too many calories though but if it works it works! But I would move the piece of fruit to breakfast so you have simple and complex carbs and would also possibly move the protein shake to breakfast also. I would also have a slower digesting protein before you go to bed so maybe some milk and cottage cheese, yoghurt etc. Don't be afraid to have breakfast more than once during the day as well, I usually have two servings of oats a day
  7. I got Logan as well, his fury skill is pretty mad though. Those running zombies make me shit bricks, especially when you hear them but you don't see them I'm up to chapter 6 if anyone wants to do some quests, I'm usually on about 8pm WST, user: hanman33
  8. You can change your settings to private so random people can't join in I just join peoples games and go off and do my own thing, you still get all the quest rewards (if you pick it up before the NPC offers another quest) and all the loot. I'm only up to chapter 5 with 6 hours of gameplay. I've read that there are 16+ chapters
  9. Unlucky, was it something that you prepared? Food poisoning sucks big time, I had salmonella about 2 years ago and it took me about 5 days before I could eat more than 3 meals a day.
  10. To me all those exercises could be split over 2 days IMO, how long do your workouts go for? I would add some Reverse grip bent over barbell rows and some standing shoulder presses - these will build your shoulders better than front raises and will also work your back as you're stabilizing yourself. What's your diet like and how many calories?
  11. Yeah so I bought it in the end. I played it for a couple hours last night and it seems pretty good, just a little bit slow at the start but you can generally expect that with RPG's. I got it on PS3 and the graphics are a little edgy and the frame rate is somewhat lacking but all up I'm happy with it so far.
  12. I listen to metal doing my workouts. Even though I fkn hate Slipknot you can't go past "pyschosocial" for working out, got a tasty riff.
  13. Cool was this when you got it detailed by immaculate reflections? What front bar is that?
  14. http://au.ign.com/videos/2011/09/04/dead-island-video-review?objectid=955540 There saying it's like Fallout with Zombies. I love fallout but this game just doesn't look good enough IMO and every video I've seen it's all melee combat which I hate. I'm still undecided haha
  15. Hey mate I had the YLOD a couple of months back now and here's some info I learned along the way, 1. Sony will want to charge you $250 to repair (that includes postage and re-sending it back out to you etc.). They will only offer a 3 month repair warranty on it as well so with that being said and the prices of PS3's only being $299 now and coming with a 1 year factory warranty do the math . 2. Now I can't comment on the effectiveness of pulling it apart and re-applying the thermal paste but I have READ that people who have done this only manage to get a few months out of it until it get's the YLOD again, IMO it's not worth it but each to their own. 3. I don't know if you have seen it on YouTube or not but you can temporarily bring your PS3 back to life using a hairdryer without even pulling the PS3 apart. I used this method and it gave me just enough time to re-sync my trophies and do a backup of the settings/data etc. In the end I went out and bought a new PS3, it's not worth the hassle and at least I have peace of mind now. When I went to put my backed up data on my new ps3 none of the data would transfer, not because it was getting errors, it just didn't transfer any data...NFI what was going on there so I just manually added my saved game data from my external HDD and all was good. This is the shitty part about the saved data though, some of the games will be "protected" which means you cant copy them over to a new ps3, these will be the majority of your online games like COD, Crysis etc...The only way to get them over to your ps3 is to upload them to PS3 (have to be a platstation plus member) and then re-download them onto your new/fixed PS3.
  16. So this is coming out in a week. Anyone getting it still? I had a look at the game play looks pretty average tbh, But it's only $56 online so I might get it still.
  17. haha yeah I feel it in the lower back pretty hardcore, pretty sore all over today. Not doing too heavy atm, trying to perfect my form.
  18. Seeing noticeable differences in my legs ever since I added deadlifts a few weeks back, quite enjoy that exercise
  19. There still pretty expensive though hey, like $350 for a fairly decent 120GB one. I guess if you're really into gaming and the like then I guess it's worth it. I'll just stick with my noisy 7200rpm one
  20. Street car? What sort of hp? If so, RDA rotors. There is a group buy on SAU (If it's still going)
  21. Does the difference between a 7,200rpm and 10,000rpm make a huge difference?
  22. The guy you hit is just trying to get out of being fined for driving an unregistered car by asking you for money straight up. If you claim it through insurance they'll probably report it to police. Depending on the excesses and the damage sustained to your mates car, I'd report it, why should he not pay for registration when the majority of Australia does...
  23. Fuuuarrrk the graphics are hell good.
  24. The only good thing about the show were the muscle cars out the front.
  25. You'll have to pay him as you are still liable for the damage. If you report it to the police they will probably charge the other guy with driving an unregistered car.
