  3. Oh ok, I haven't really noticed much fat gain as of yet but I'm sure there will be some there when I start to pack on a bit more weight, but I am ok with that as long as there isnt too much fat. At the moment I'm primarily focusing on getting 'bigger'. Been skinny all my life (~60kg, 174cm) and I'm just wanting to put on healthy weight as well as build muscle...faster the better. I will try and lean out when I've reached my optimal weight as I said before. Am I going about this the right way? Currently taking Max's weight gain, creatine and glutamine supplements and diet is around 3000cal per day. Workout 3 times a week at home with free weights doing upper body exercises only for about 45min-1hr. It's only been two weeks but I am definately seeing improvements So do you think I should add deadlifts into my routine? Open to suggestions
  4. ^^ pics Im trying to gain weight again after almost two years since I last tried. Using supplements this time and seem to be putting on about 1kg a week on a 3000cal diet with workout 3 times a week. Only doing upper body exercises atm and will probably get into some cardio and lean out when I can get to my optimal weight which is about 68kg, currently only 62kg
  5. [quote name=ClutchBurndout-' timestamp='1301958060' post='5746064] will probly grab this one, gamespot give it great reviews cant however buy on pc since it pretty much wont run, so say bye bye multiplayer Multiplayer actually isn't that bad on the consoles for a FPS, it's very COD like but games can be a little slow because you can cloak etc. I play multiplayer mostly, only played about an hour or so in campaign. I suck though at multiplayer KDR is something like 0.75 but still fun nonetheless.
  6. You can't just go buy damper adjustable kits, coilovers are built to be damper adjustable and your's maybe not. If you want to soften them put different spring rate in them.
  7. How did you remove the wiper arms? Also how did you go about painting them? did you prep them or anything or just spray paint over the existing paint?
  8. No the reason people go HDB is because it is cheaper marginally and it offers more flexibility in how you use your car if you decide to take it on track or drag whatever... But ok my fault I see he said weekend driver, so by all means pay the extra $200 if comfort and street only car is what your after.
  9. You will be pushing it with an Exedy HD clutch for 400rwhp. Would not recommend cushioned either with that power, would be going HDB if anything, but even then... Would be contemplating twin plate
  10. So I got this on PS3 and its pretty good, true story...

  24. I put QFM hpx pads on my 33 with brand new rotors and have no squeeling problems, however, I do have the clunking sound when stopping in reverse. It happens when I reverse then put my foot on the brake then when you release the brake pedal you can hear them move. Not sure what's causing it as I'm positive I installed them correctly Did you follow this for bedding in? http://www.rdabrakes...and-rotors.html
