  1. haha fair enough mate. I have had to pull out of training sometimes as well because I feel like I'm going to throw up which I put down to eating to close to my workout. But do whatever works best for you, judging by your progress pics you are doing something right - far better than my progress anyway.
  2. For some reason I pre-ordered this. Not really into the dragons etc. anymore but I really like RPG's, especially Fallout. Now all I got to do is find the time to play this brah's as the walkthrough I get with it is 650 pages long. I'll just lock myself in my room for 300 hours, brb getting life.

Yep it is definately debateable I bought some dextrose last week to try it out, very sweet stuff, made me feel bloated and I crashed pretty hard so I couldn't eat my PWO meal so I'm mostly likely going to drop it. IMO if you eat a balanced meal pre & post workout that is all you need, although I do believe PWO meal should be carb loaded.

  5. Brown Rice. Protein Shake with simple carbs straight after workout then have the meal 30mins afterwards(broscience)
  6. Who did the analysis? Couldn't you just ask them? It doesn't look too bad though, although you do have high blood pressure. Keep dieting (low salt/caffeine/alcohol) and exercising and then get another reading in a couple of months. If it's still high (normal is around 120/80) then I would see a doctor as you may need to be prescribed medication. Keep up the good work though

  8. Cheers mate I bought mine at JB so I'll see what they say. I've never really like the COD style fps but I thought battlefield would be different but it's not. Just not my type of game really that's why I want to take it back. Not to mention the graphics are shocking, it's like DNF lol.

  10. Havent played campaign yet but I played online for an hour last night on the ps3. It was alright I guess, the graphics arent great and the map environment damage sucks also. Nonetheless it's still fun to play.

  16. I always have 60g oats in milk with peanut butter 1.5-2 hours before. Any sooner and I get sick during my workout.
  17. So what's the deal with fish oil tablets? Been thinking of buying some... I eat about 180g canned tuna a week - would that be sufficient enough to not have to supplement with fish oil tablets? What brand should I get if I do need some? They will need to be small tablets, I currently don't swallow tablets because my mind say's no haha.
  18. Have you got the box ticked to say sync videos under the main tab? By main tab I mean click the ipod device in itunes then goto the tab "movies" and make sure the "sync movies" box is ticked there.

  21. Is it bad to have the wrists bent when pressing? Mine bend slightly but not fully i.e. my palms aren't facing the ceiling. Nothing wrong with gloves either
  22. I went out and bought some running shoes the other day, $220 later. Hopefully can get out for a run tonight for the first time since I started bulking (7 months ago). My blood pressure went up over this bulking phase, so hopefully running will counter it a little bit.
  23. Hey mate, don't take this the wrong way but that diet will not help you gain size. You should be eating around 3500 calories or more a day to get results. If your stuck on what sort of foods you can eat to make up 3500 calories then check out bodybuilding.com
  24. Everyone is so hostile against each other in this sub forum... To the OP post up your diet including total calories and your macro's (protein, carbs, fats). Maybe list what other supplements you are using also.
