  1. Birds do you have a v-taper with all that oblique work? I don't get sweaty either after my weights session, then again I don't do high rep work and it's all compounds with big rest times.

  3. Strong estats. 5ft10 105kg less than 10%bf not on gear? Arnie was about 110kg at contest weight and he was like 6ft3.   5. I wish I never took a pre-workout supp, become too dependant on them now, Anyway I made some protein bars for the first time last night, they seemed set this morning but I'll check them out when I get home - better be good lol.
  6. You don't need post workout carbs unless your an athlete training more than once a day
  7. People respond differently to pwo supps, so while we can recommend ones that we find work the best, they may in fact not work well for you. For example I wouldn't recommend assault, used it once would never use it again but that's just me.

  9. I know what you mean, it gets thrown at everyone lol. I was merely trying to say the lifts/frequency and sets are the same as starting strength so why not try and run a proven program instead of 'mixing it up'. That's not to say you can't achieve the same goals with another program, just make sure that you increase the weight everytime
  10. Your routine looks almost identical to starting strength, I would just run that program for 4'ish months or until you keep stalling. No your body wont adapt to it because it's all about progressive loading. Yes you squat 3x a week and you also squat, bench and deadlift 3x a fortnight

  23. Yes but apple has only become well known over the past four'ish years or so, give it time and we'll see. No one is asking you to buy the product, the world is full of stupid people who will pay that money for that ram upgrade and if people keep paying for it then apple will continue to sell it that price. You can hate apple because of the prices they put on their products but it still doesn't mean that OSX isn't a decent OS for the general home user.
