  1. Codeine.
  2. I get the puffy nips sometimes (generally in hotter weather), feelsbadman. I've seen a few people who are 70kg and look bigger than someone who is 90kg so don't know where all this generalisation that 70kg is skinny...Will depend on height though.
  3. Good lifts to weight ratio for 5 months. edit: check this out
  4. If you're willing to post to Perth I would be interested in the aerial assembly in the boot if in working order. PM me if you're willing to post please. May be interested in a few other little pieces too.
  5. I never knocked them. Not sure what you mean by a quick hit of protein, not that it matters anyway Your body is digesting protein constantly if you are eating adequate protein so you are constantly getting a stream of amino acids no matter what. The excess will just be pissed out i.e. your bcaa supp.
  6. So there good for someone fasted, that's about it.
  7. Majority of whole protein foods have 15-25% BCAA in them, so if you are getting adeuqate protein in your diet then I really don't see the point.
  8. Powerlifters ego, not even once.
  9. 60x137, my body would be like I feel the need to post this everywhere because it's fkn hilarious.
  10. I would say my cardiovascular health is lacking somewhat lol, short of breath etc. This routine calls for 90 second rest times 8-12 reps, I'm used to taking upwards of 5 minutes with 5 reps so it is somewhat different! But I wanted to try something new...I'll stick to it and hopefully i will hit two birds with one stone (hypertrophy and fitness). No cardio atm Interesting that you're the opposite. Just as an example my working sets for DL was 130x5 but I only SLDL tonight 70x9 and I felt my traps giving out before my hams, maybe I'm doing something wrong
  11. Curious, what are your SLDL weight used vs your deadlift weight used? I've started doing SLDL's and I'm finding my working weight to be quite considerably lower than what I would use on regular deadlifts. On a side note, having trouble keeping up with this high rep short rest time shit lol, want to go back to strength training, but I'll stick this new routine out a little while longer.
  12. you're 110 cals short champ, and that doesn't tell me anything about what you ate...there just numbers.
  13. All this talk about burgers makin' me hunggaryryyy Anyone cutting? lol
  14. 3 big macs would get you 2000 calories or thereabouts. Think I would struggle to get through 2.
  15. lol at 2000 calorie meal, must be unhealthy as f*k for you to eat it in one go.
  16. Bro, you're going to get laid on that trip lol. At what weight did you start cutting and how much have you lost so far? You look between 8-10%bf in that pic, not sure if your pumped/flexing whatever though.
  17. Looks like a pretty good idea. Is it expensive? I cook my meals in bulk for the week, only takes about an hour plus cleaning up
  18. It isn't lol worthy, do what makes you happy. I'll cut in a month or so for about 4 weeks, dgaf what people think tbh.
  19. What movie is this from?
  20. Carbs make me bloat/full all the time, so I would rather increase protein macro and have less carbs. It still falls under the general bb'ing guidlines of 2-3g per kg of bodyweight.
  21. I'm not scared of losing my 6 pack, I've already lost it lol. I think some of you are taking what I'm saying out of context but nonetheless I will continue to do what I do. 2.5xbw DL is my next goal and hopefully I can hit that within the next 6 months.
  22. I don't understand how it can be counter-productive. As I've said before I monitor my calories on a day-day basis so that I am eating enough to cover training/recovery. I don't do cardio. I eat 210g protein, 400g carbs, 120g fats per day 7x a week. It's not a 'slow way' its the smartest way. Eating more than what your body needs is pointless.
  23. Seeming as though it was the last DL session of SS decided to go 1rm. Did 145kg, so pretty much x2bw. Happy with it, it was my goal from the start of the program.
  24. Wouldn't deadlifting and squatting 3xper week be a bit much? For me to progress on any lifts on SS it takes me the third attempt to do it, so 2 weeks to increase 2.5kg on squat, 1.25kg on bench, and 2.5kg on DL. Seem a bit slow considering my current experience or is this what I should be progressing at? I don't follow GOMAD but I do eat 3500 calories a day which gives me an average of a little over 1kg a month and as I said before I would like to stay around 12%bf. If you think I should just stay on SS then I will do that, I just wanted to change because I wanted to see if another routine would yield me more strength/size gains.
