  1. I find it odd that the majority of your major lifts are pretty low yet you're able to do a deadlift 120kg 3x3 at only 70kg, 6"0. For someone of your stats 120kg is good but would question if you're actually doing it right. Either that or you've got a naturally strong core/back or whatever.
  2. https://www.ebgames.com.au/ps3-154040-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-PlayStation-3 https://www.ebgames.com.au/xbox360-154037-Grand-Theft-Auto-V-Xbox-360 .... They are not going to advertise a game for pre-order for a platform that hasn't even been released yet.
  3. Highly unlikely. They aren't going to can the ps3 after only six years. Plus the set date for GTA V is 2012 and I would assume the game has been in development since at least 2011. Plus you can already pre-order it for PS3 at EB games or JB.
  4. Wow so you do a bit of a workout then go to the gym, that's dedication. I would probably go cbf after doing those big three exercises. I might have to look somewhere else then, the 24/7 thing really appeals to me though. Criticism for my upper body workout? I do this twice a week and my goal is mass at the moment. I would like to add pull-ups but again I workout at home and don't have access to anything to support my weight... Upper body: Dead lift 3x6, 1x8 at 50% weight Reverse Grip bent over barbell rows 3x6 Seated shoulder presses 3x6 Side Lateral Raises 3x8 Bench Press/Dumbbell press 3x6-8 Incline Dumbbell press (sometimes) 3x6-8
  5. Has anyone ever been to a Jetts gym? I've been thinking about joining a gym for a while now but I've heard that they don't have any free barbells and they are all in smith machines *sigh*. Is this true? Because if it is there's no way I'm joining as the majority of my lifts are centered around free weight barbells and smith machines are for phaggots.
  6. Eat whatever you want, as long as it fit's in your calories/macro's it doesn't matter.
  7. Cheers mate didn't know, not a huge spoiler nonetheless. lol about the OCD thing and here I was thinking it was just me.
  8. You don't have to use magic for the college quests. It's probably not worth doing them unless you are a mage character as the quest reward are magic related, although...
  9. Is that 57.5kg dumbbells in each hand? If it is you must be a unit! haha
  10. True. From memory it has 300mg caffeine for one serving which is 3 cups of coffee. I personally only take 1/2 a serving though which gives me enough focus/energy.
  11. I use 1MR from time to time and it works pretty good for me. Taste good, doesn't have 1,3 Dimeth like Jack3d which I've read causes some bad side effects.
  12. I remember my first time I tried Jack3d, was scratching at my skin like a crack addict because my skin was tingling and got the jitters lol.
  13. Yeah so anyway.... Supps: ON 100% gold standard whey ON fish oil NOW multi Max's Creatine 1.M.R. - Only take this when I need it, probably only use it about 2-3 times a month. Gone from 5'8" 60kg to 5'8" 70kg in 9 months with probably a 3-5% bf increase ( I reckon I'm at about 12%-13% bf atm). Goal is it to hit 73kg by end of March next year and then not to sure if I'll cut a little or continue to bulk from then on as I want to hit about 75k but don't want to go above 14% bf.
  14. Yeah...so like no one cares.
  15. I like it when someone tells you that you don't train hard enough even though they've never seen you train/don't even know you Mitch that routine has too much volume/exercises in it, there's no need to do 4 chest exercises on one day as a beginner. Just stick to the big movements and throw some isolations in if you need to fill in the gaps.
  16. You're missing the point... Now I'm sure you're just trolling. Bodyfat is determined by excess calories, you can eat 4000 calories of clean healthy food and still get fat...
  17. This is what you do in the gym when you 'weight lift".
  18. Finished the main story line, currently level 32 and did that in about 20 hours.
  19. When you say variations to routines are you talking about different exercises or volume? Because I always hear people say you should change your routine every now and then because your body gets used to the stress. But if you keep adding weight to the bar then the stress on the body is always going to be different so theoretically you should grow?
  20. I had an 800 calorie meal (brown rice, chicken, vegies and olive oil) about 1.5-2 hours before my workout (deads, bench and bent over rows) and felt great
  21. It's called a DEADlift for a reason haha Not really each to their own because that's how you're supposed to do it!
  22. Well they said deadlift only so I was assuming normal stance.
  23. I'm playing it. Finally found some time to sit down yesterday and so far it's the best RPG I've ever played, attention to detail and character development is the best.
  24. You should feel deadlifts more in your lower back than your legs.
  25. I bought a 2.2kg tub of this last week for the first time. I got Extreme Milk Chocolate, taste's OK I guess...but the BCAA's and Glutamine profile they put in it make's up for it
