Spotted your new beast in the car park yesterday Cam, had a bit of a squizz, I must have looked like a prospective thief. Very, very nice, very stealth... well not really.

Was thinking of getting these as well. Would like to here any feedback?...

So what was the cheapest found for a set of 4000's?

Was originally done by Hardcore in Logan, made 186 @ 14psi. Mercury just tuned tuned it for 183 @ 12psi. Trent showed me the huge untuned dip mid-range, the BC was not holding well. Much better curve now!

Thanks Adrian. Gunna need a retune now though! Mid-range is gone. I coulda sworn I didn't tinker :Oops:

Yep tried that originally, unplugged the AFM altogether. Then revved an it still stuttered. So wasn't that. Then found the initialise, left it for 5 mins came back and it started. Wll check those settings again, cheers Adrian!

Just went to go for a drive, and my car wouldn't turn over. Was running fine this morning when I drove it. I unplugged my SAFCII and it started fine, but it stutters and carries on if I keep the throttle at 2500, or try to drive/rev past it? If I plug the SAFC back in it won't start again. The only thing I did earlier today was alter the monitor settings in the SAFC, so different things appeared on the screen. I didn't touch anything else. Any ideas at all, this is weird. How do I totally reset the SAFC?

Jay if you could get some pics of the brackets that'd be good, just trying to imagine how it bolts up, cause its got different mounting points to my previous cooler.

Hard to tell with mine because I had a few things done at once. But with a FMIC, up in boost to 13, and the SAFC tuned, I went from 145 to 185rwkw. I'll be going for PFC soon, I want that improved mid-range.
