  1. Know when i think about it as long as i can get fuel sorted... With GPS I can calibrate speed Data scan can do water temp and rpm hmmmm
  2. Thanks for that Micah, Ive had the cluster out before when I changed some of the blown globes and the remaining halogens to LED's. I didnt mess with the gauges or anything. Im not going to drive the car without the cluster so why will the fuel gauge matter? As long as it goes back on the car in same position as when i pulled it off yes?
  3. Yeah i might take my cluster out and take it to an instrument cluster place next week when the olds are away and i can put my car in the shed for 3 weeks and work on it when ive got time
  4. Hi All, As lame as it sounds ive obtained a cluster with the same white dials as the ones sold here EBAY LINK Im not using the cluster as the seller didnt think it was working correctly.... Im wondering if any one has ever changed the Face's on their clusters yet? Ive seen some chat about it but not sure if any one has done it. What im wondering is how do I remove the needles to install the white faces and then reinstall the needles with out stuffing the calibration? Cheers, Chris

  7. Ive got a series 1 stock grille with the RSFOUR badge on it. After $50.00 + postage I Also have a double unicorn badge for series 1 or series 2 grille. Its black top and red bottom half. $20.00 + postage Or have the lot for $60.00
  8. as sad as it is, two people can get into these cars in under 2 minutes. Any import should have 3 point imobiliser, glass break, shock sensors and movement sensors IMO.

  11. I was going to say I dont think the keyway in the balancer is dead centre anyway mate. 20 deg hay, 5 deg advanced on stock that is i believe
  12. Just line up all the marks and im sure you will be ok.
  13. Interesting.... Did you check your base timing with a light before you started? If so what was it at when warm with a/c off? I personally would disregard these home jobbies and line up the factory indents on the gears with the marks on the engine cover. Hows it all going anyway?

  15. Hi All, I was wondering what size belts I need to get for my series 1 stag? After all 3 ancillary belts. Had a bit of a search but surprisingly cant find anything. Im sure I could take them off and take them to my local parts store but it would be easier to buy them as the Stag is my only set of wheels. Cheers
  16. Josh, Do you think adjustable FPR is a waste of time? Im trying to weigh up if I should chuck a bigger turbo on my stag..... Prob would just get a high flow for ease of instalment and dont have to worry about defect... Ive got all the supportive mods (FMIC, Turbo back, SITC, SAFC, EBC Splitfires ect ect...) What else would I need to run the bigger turbo at say 14ish psi? Fuel pump? Injectors?

  22. Im sure if u have the solenoid installed in the engine bay and a boost gauge hooked up it would be tune able. Sounds like it has low and high settings and can be tuned in auto or manual (auto is where youd just set a psi and manual where you set percent increases and gain ect.....) thats my guess anyway.
