  1. ive just changed from rb25 to rb26 head in chase for more power, plus i luv the rb26 head... so i rckon go the 26 head run bigger better cams, without spendin a fortune on the 25 head... it all depends how confident u are to do it.... i know when it comes to rebuilds n stuff im not the best so i dont risk it...i stick to bolt ons for now lol ben...
  2. with the 25 head that i currently have, i have been informed to stick with the same 1.2mm gasket otherwise it will lower compression too much, seems to work fine for some friends so ill just stick with that ben...
  3. where can i get those adapters to match an rb25 exhaust manifold to an rb26 head? cheers...ben.
  4. not necessarily faster, but to some more appealing... thats what autosalon is about... its not about having a basically stripped interior or stock with dish rims.... alot of the cars that never get driven there i hate, i dont find the point. for all the money ive put into mine im happy that it gets driven... when its on the track ill empty some weight but on the street it wouldnt bother me if i did a 14 coz i just drive normal... ben...
  5. looks like i might go to a 1.5mm... how much more lag would the 1.5mm produce, and how much boost could u run with the 1.2mm ben...
  6. id be interested to know this also, with a similar set up but with rb30 block, ill wanna be chasing 450rwkw. will a 1.2mm metal gasket be fine or should i go 1.4mm? 2_eclipsed: id say the same would be for you too any1?

  8. what size cams can i put in without modifying anything like head machining etc etc redline will probs be 7000 no more what bout the Jun 264 9.7mm? id be willing to go as far as putting trust valve springs in, but dont wanna go as far as machining the head etc etc ben...

  12. im converting to an rb26 head..at the moment i have an rb25/30 it has a 1.2mm tomei metal head gasket... what thickness should i get with the rb26 head? power figures will be between 400-450rwkw so what would be best for that cheers...ben.

    the RH9 r34 runs twin td07s turbos ( 2 of mine LOL so thats insane as it is) one of their tuners said they only used 50 shot of nos to get it goin but apart from that thats all i know the rest was withheld and topsecret hehe ben...
  16. wtf is a git? i dont understand this language... still he should be fine i have lots of pics of my turbo which show how high the turbo sits, plus its also higher due to the 3L block sitting an inch higher, and my custom bonnet has less room than the stock ones due to the design and vents etc... im sure kyle could make up a custom high mount for rb26 ben...

  18. get a 6BOOST manifold, kyle makes some awesome ones, i use one for my rb25/30 with a To4R/66 turbo ben...
  19. im in need of the following; -rb26dett head- if possible i dont need cams, injectors, fuel rail...and dont need exhaust side at all the rest of the head must be complete ( lifters, valve springs, plenum, coils, covers etc etc) - 720-850cc top feed injectors ( brand such as nismo, blitz, sard etc) - 280 degree cams around 10.8 or 11mm lift - twin entry fuel rail, with screw fittings on the ends - also for the rb30 block need a set of decent rods with rod bolts cheers...ben. pm here or sms on 0415035861

    Rb26 Head

    basically im after an rb26 head to put on my rb30 block ( i currently have rb25 head on it) dont need exhaust side, injectors, fuel rail or cams but can work somethin out if not willing to separate also need the covers, plenum etc etc ben... contact either here or 0415035861

  22. heya matt yeh i know ill agree with that lol after seeing RH9 on the dyno i cant help it, although ill never go that far haha, unless i find a million dollars in my bank account
  23. lol i had a feeling u would reply 1st Adrian, its got good gear in it yeh but it still doesnt have the solid lifters and in general the rb26 head flows better than the 25 one mines basically just got cams, valve springs and custom plenum its not enough power lol
  24. im changing to an rb26 head for my rb30 block in my r33 gtst, is there a difference between r33gtr heads and r32 gtr heads? i plan to keep the standard gtr inlet plenum, and just put bigger injectors in it, and bigger cams, and 1/2 inch head studs any help would be great cheers...ben.
