  1. i doubt theres anything wrong with the turbo.... at all.. but i could be wrong it looks like extreme over fuelling where abouts r u from champ?
  2. odd i know.. my turbos were very laggy but they had a lot uptop.. if only they did the turbos properly.. instead of just puttin a large comp wheel on it, they shouldve put steel wheels too, then it woulda seen well over 300awkw easily it was only on 15psi i ran 18psi most days till they died
  3. hahahah i like ur thinkin hahaha if u paint the cooler black then it will look exactly like a stock item and theoretically u could get away with that... but ur allowed pods so u wouldnt have to worry about that
  4. yer but its not about whether a car had a front mount or not... u can only do 1 intake mod.. so say u have a s15 and put a front mount... u cant have a pod filter and so forth.. its just easier to get away with it in a gtr coz u could pass it off as a stock intercooler lol
  5. gorgeous cars... i love the nsx... that one is about as quick as my gtr was lol beautiful cars thou the new one is going to be an animal because its going straight to the gtr... what a monster the new one will be i love it when companies to head to head
  6. well i measured the turbo up and the comp wasnt stock.. measured 66mm instead of i think theyre suppose to be 61?? so its slightly larger.. the rear end was still ceramic.. and hence the rebuild.. the rest is stock.. ive got the motor in pieces now.. stock everything else
  7. i forgot to add, racv did a test for the bike vs small car over 2 years the bike was considerable more expensive it went through tyres every 15,000km @ 450 a pop... thats 900 bucks every year in tyres the small car didnt change any tyres spent about 500 on chains and sprockets.. the car nothing... normal servicing on car @ shop was 120 bucks twice. so 240 over 2 years the bike was 60 bucks every 5000km, 3 times a year. thats 360.... insurance on small car... 480 bucks with racv, insruance on bike.. 550 get where im going with this??? u cant win on a bike unless its a scooter if RACV has done the test and showed it, and i have my own experience... theres not much else out there... oh and the 1000 u want chews tyres... like 8,000km lol factory tyre retails @ 600+ each
  8. yer 10 months.. how long ur tyres got to go/??? another 50,000km??? i think not own the bike for 5 years and then we'll see whats cheaper my old man has owned a bike for about 14 years now... he owns a gsxr 750 and barely rides it... it still costs more to run than the lil mazda 323 he has so no. im not wrong.. u just havent had it long enough
  9. and vise versa but like i said to the other dude.. the gtr when it raced against production cars, won every single time and thus killed production car racing the nsx didnt win a single race
  10. nice... 12.8sec nsxr very nasty but if straight is all u wanna talk about.. then the r34 isnt the fastest gtr anyhow.. that "new" nsx would get eaten up by the old r32 gtr... theres a guy here who has run 12.4 with his STOCK gtr i forgot his nick, but i could find it

GT2530s dont kick hard??? how many of u guys have seen the Mines GTR in action?? as far as i could see.. .having the think rev from 4k to 9k in like a split second is pretty fkn hard... the dude is like into 5th gear screamin towards the redline in no time! responsiveness and power.. id got 2530.. but im after a lil more power so im going gt2876r x2

  20. omg.. dude those cars are not the same cars a gtr doesnt run a 4.5lt v8.. nsxs dont run turbos and supras dont use v8s either dont compare jgtc cars to the real things... those r racing cars that have NOTHING in common with the street cars nothing at all. If u wanna talk races talk about production car racing. nothing else those r real cars tweaked to race.. the GTR killed production car racing because it always one... read on The Skyline GT-R soon earned the name Godzilla, for its track performance. The R32 GT-R dominated JTCC, winning 29 races from 29 starts, taking the series title every year from 1989-1993. It took 50 races from 50 starts from 1991-1997 (latterly R33) in the N1 Super Taikyu. The GT-R's success sounded the death knell of Group A Touring Car racing; with the formula being scrapped soon after. JTCC was similarly blighted by the R32 GT-R, and splintered soon after, leading to the switch to the Supertouring category and also indirectly to the GT500 category of today.   23. trident is pretty much spot on.. this bullshit about its always been nsx vs gtr vs supra is just bullshit. supra was designed to destroy the american "muscle" cars.... the NSX was japans ferarri designed to tackle the exotics which it did nicely even thou it was under powered and the gtr was purely designed to destroy its opposition on the track whoever was game enough to jump in the ring with it... in my eyes, GTR reigns king BUT the supra has the toughest motor out, and honda.. well.. hondas speak for themselves theyve proven time and time again how fast they can be and theyre ultra reliable... never had a problem with my 280,000km track thrashed, 2000rpm over the redline civic. ever.. my skyline on the other hand.. doesnt have a motor in it
