Anyone know anywhere in VIC, preferably in the SE Burbs... Dandy, Knox sort of area or not too far from there... i was going to do the same in my garage but someone told me theyre illegal? I know if you dont have the proper extraction to remove the gases that build up at the bottom it goes BANG if ignited... but even with a proper extraction unit isnt it still illegal?
