From what i understand as long as it is bellow the height of the steering wheel it is ok. I understand this may be ADR's not state specific. I think it is due to head injury if you are in a crash and side vision while driving. Any additional internal or external gauges must: • not interfere with the field of view of the driver • not produce glare to the driver • not have the possibility of an oil pressure line, or similar, breaking with pressurised fluids spraying onto the windscreen • be fitted in such a way to reduce the risk of injury to the vehicle occupants or pedestrians As of page 8 of the PDF. Its called a New Air bag/seat... If you can't pay for it, don't own it. Why do people insist on skimping on safety, risking other people lives just to save money not to mention the rest of the SRS system may not work if not repaird correctly. ILLEGAL and foolish in all states. FAIL!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a twin dump pipe can i recommend Trevor from CES Racing he has always looked after me and even though there are cheaper options well his power gains on all the cars he makes exhaust for speak for themselves with proof. As has been said above could be warped rotors or a suspension bush etc, most likely rotors.

Especially if it has log books... Even the V36's are getting cheap at high 30's

I would say 10 PSI and no tune = BAD Restrictive exhaust would not help and the manual boost controllers are known to spike so could be way more boost and leaning out. (Not a big fan, better to use electric one) You realy need a tune before you do damage.

Probley easy in the future to use the SEARCH button as this has been covered atleast 20 times. 90% chance it is your coil packs as these are the warning lights for that.. Replace with splitfires and will sort it. Good idea to get the obdII scanned to check the error first. P.s. Welcome
