  1. No, only tyre circumference needs to be the same as the ATTESA works on front to back wheel speed differences. So you can have those 12" wide deep dish wheels on the back, Richard, so long as the tyre circumference is the same.
  2. Pity they couldn't get it to run quicker than a 15 sec pass I don't think it is an STI, though. It is supposed to be used to encourage people against street racing. Doesn't seem to be working.
  3. What set up was that and what times and tyres?
  4. There was a white R33 on wed night that ran a couple of 11.4 passes.
  5. Spotted a black R34 GTT turning onto Woodville Rd at the McD's there. Plates were AQR **J ?? Also on Woodvile Rd, that orange R33 GTS-T with funky (ricey) Veilside-type bodykit.
  6. I actually have plans to respray it in R34 GTR Midnight Purple III (got my hands on the paint mix ). Then I will do the Auto Salon 'circuit' SHow ponies and dyno queens are so much fun.
  7. No one seems to know. There is some more damage on the passenger side (see first page), plus some theft. I think the thieves accidently bumped into the hand brake and the car rolled into some other cars. I will worry about the aesthetics once the engine is sorted.
  8. How much lighter does this boot weigh compared to the factory one? I am sure it would be the rear bar and its reinforcement that would have to comply with ADR's, as they would generally be the first point of contact in the event of an accident.
  9. Yes. Plus I work all over metro sydney and beyond.
  10. You racing or spectating, Richard?
  11. I've seen that orange R33 on Woodville Rd a few times. Definitely not a GTR.
  12. So if a car is still moving and gets hit by another car and slams into another car, then the car that got pushed into the third car will have to pay for the third car's damage? Doesn't sound right to me. It should be the fualt of the person who caused the accident by hitting the car and pushing it into the third car.
  13. I was close though hey, just beause you're a whore, doesn't make me a noob. PS I like chicken .
  14. if your gf works at Red Rooter, then she can shout us both lunch
  15. as a general rule of thumb, each 500cc injector would be good for 100hp, so for a Skyline, 600hp. This is at 100% duty cycle. But 80% is a safe level (so 480hp@80% duty cycle).
  16. It's probably the best silver R32 Gts-t with mesh wheels, GTR front bar and yellow number plates that I have ever seen on Merrylands Rd. I was in the middle of eating some Oporto's. Do you work around there? Oh, I'll bring the Nissan, alright PS, do you always hang your arm out the driver's window or only while turning?
  17. Spotted a Silver R32 Gts-t on Merrylands Rd turning into the Red Rooster car park. Was this afternoon at about 4pm. Had standard black on yellow plates and silver mesh wheels. A few minutes later, an egg yellow R33 GTS-t with GT-R kit.
  18. And the cars must be stock standard. Goodbye to any modified vehicles.
  19. This is occurring because the ATTESSA is seeing the rear wheels turning quicker than the front (due to the smaller rolling diameter of the rear wheels). So at 100kph, this difference has increased (with speed) therefore the front wheels will have even more drive to them. BTW, my favourite wheels are BBS LM's, LM GT4's, AME Modelart, TE37's RacingHart CR, and anything deep dished and star-shaped.
  20. It definitely can work, and sure, if it was fitted in a car, I would be critical of its ability to work, but it is obviously set up for display purposes only.
  21. Spectating. Should be a very good meet considering last weeks cancellation and the upcoming Compak Attak.
