I changed the plugs prob 4weeks ago, so maybe 1000-1200kms ago? I hope it aint coil packs lol

Well i pulled apart the coil packs, checked all the connections etc and put it back together and it is still missing. So tomorrow im going to change the plugs

Hey all, I took my car for a short drive to the Galleria and back this morning and it started missfiring on idle and pretty much throughout the whole rev-range. Now I did install a new clutch saturday just gone, and i have been playing around with the boost via my EBC, however it wasn't missing or boost-cutting/spiking at all....and then this morning it has just started to missfire?! I changed the spark plugs/oil & filter about 3weeks ago and have never had this problem. I turned my EBC off (to set the boost back to standard) and it kept missing. I am guessing it may be a problem with the coil pack or something along those lines? As always, any help is greatly appreciated! Cheers, Jason

So basically without the ej1 the screen can only be used as a tv or something like that? I didnt think you needed the ej1 to display speed, rpm, etc. What does the screen on your dash display?

The epson ej1 is the ecu for the LCD screen right? Basically one that is the same as what you have in your car - displaying oil pres, boost, speed, rpm, the whole works.... Do you know the jap sites that still sell them?

I remember seeing one of these dashes for sale on eBay.com.au about 4-5months ago and the guy wanted $1300 for it (i think).....i havne't seen one since then....

Where can you buy these dashes? And they are a direct fit for the R33 GTS-t Skyline?

Arrrrrgh, i submitted the WoW Account Recovery form and they got back to me saying i need to fill in a "Notarized Account Recovery Form" (like have it certified by a JP or someone). Has this ever happened to any of you guys?

My first car was a Toyota Paseo...1.5L 4cyl with no power and then i went to my R33 GTS-t while still on my P's.... It's not all about the power of the car, but more so about how much experience you have on the roads, however the power of the car does make a difference. Since i have had my car, i have learnt a lot in the way of driving a car with reasonably high power, rwd and lsd....just dont do anything stupid and if you want to, take it to the track where it's a safer environment for all. Plus the R34 GT-T's have traction control as far as i know?

When you put the park lights on, only the lights on the corners of each light should come on (the kinda of dim lights), then the headlights is the normal light and then there is high beam when u push the stalk back (on the steering column)

Rhys, I've seen this Skyline and mechanically it's better than mine (you've seen mine). Not 1 oil leak or anything....it's spotless

Well I'm changing my clutch tomorrow Rhys, so i'll most probably fix it while I'm under the car I'll let you know how it goes

On the speedo note, how do i fix my reverse lights? They flicker on and off whilst in reverse....

You should be able to fetch between $15K & $16K no worries once the car has come out of the shop....i'll definately be seeing it then

My brother brought his 1989 CA18DET 180SX from them in 2002. When he brought it, it was automatic 100% stock and had 44,000KMS on the clock....absolutely immaculate condition. He never experienced any difficulties with them after purchasing the car, however that was 7years ago, so i can't really comment on what they are like now (i'm not saying they are bad)....
