  1. Adjust your AAC valve at the back of the intake manifold. You need a small screwdriver to adjust it and then your idle will change
  2. I hope you guys choose Morley Galleria - it's literally 1min down the road from me
  3. mine are from tempe and they dont look gay, the white rims make the white car
  4. We will supaglue another RB to your current one and stick a prancing horse badge on your bonnet - all fixed
  5. I've got 18X8.5's front and 18x9.5's rear and with the coils being right down and lowered + spacers it sits right and doesnt run I'm not sure about the offsets of my wheels. They are Starcorp Racing Rims - white 5spokes with a polished lip. Not sure which Starcorp's they are either....
  6. For the WA Rego side of things - ask the current owner for the current regoistration papers for the vehicle so you can see the engine/VIN number, when the registration expires and the current owners full details. If he is a legitimate seller, he should have no problems getting these papers and showing/giving them to you. For a REVS check you need the engine #, VIN # and registration number. REVS phone # 1300 304 024. When you call REVS, they will advise you if there is any outstanding monies owing on the vehicle (loans, speeding/parking fines, anything). However, if there are speeding/parking fines, they stay with the owner and in the state they were incurred. Only monies owing to financial institutions will stay with the vehicle.
  7. Hey mate i have a white R33 coupe with white deep dish rims and lowered if you are interested
  8. This question was calling me!!!!!! ahaha Your rego expires on midnight of the date listed, so you get 15 days grace after it has expired, however you can renew the registration of your vehicle up to 3 months after it has expired without incurring a penalty or having to take your car over the pits!
  9. The lowest the car is allowed to be when fully laden is 100mm from the ground
  10. +1 for the Thrust Bearing!
  11. The laws about how low your car can go - the lowest part of the car (body kit, exhaust, anything other than the rims) is not to be lower than 100mm I know - I work at Licensing
  12. Your mum must be loaded - the C63 AMG's are worth $200K+ brand new...my old man wants to buy one, ha And as for the newbie here talking about burnouts etc in a skyline, its not a great way to be respected amongst the SAU community saying u want one for that reason....

  15. Hey mate, I have been having the EXACT same problem with my R33 in the last week. I found out a few days ago that it was the gasket that sits between the upper & lower parts of the intake manifold had been "sucked" into the manifold itself. Therefore, what was actually happening was that extra air was CONSTANTLY being sucked in where the gasket should have been sitting. As this extra air was "leaking" in, my car has also been running very lean (the AFM & computer can't detect this "extra" air). This evening i removed my intake manifold (holy flerking schnit), and took the old gasket out - i think it had just dis-lodged but seeing as it is now out and i have a new one, the new one will go in! I also notice that the 'bananas' (pipes the the air flow through to the cylinders) were progressivley darker in colour as i looked at cylinder 1-6 (1 being at the front of the engine). Cylinder 1 was almost clean - the manifold looked brand new there, however cylinder 6 was completely black. Now i am assuming that this is because of the air leaking where the gasket had dis-lodges - i'm not sure. Anyway, sorry for the long write-up, but that was why my car was not idling properly and stalling/revving on it's own accord. I have not checked the AAC Valve (Auxilary Air Control Valve, located at the back of the intake manifold next to the firewall - this controls the idle speed of the car). I hope this info helps you identify the problem you have at hand! Cheers. P.S. I havn't put the new gasket on yet or put the manifold back on, so i'm not sure if that was the only problem causing the idle to be rough etc etc.
  16. No worries hunny.
  17. Hey guys, I was just searching around on the net and came across a website which has the R33 Engine Manual available for download (all R33 RB's): http://www.fairladyzg.com/manuals.htm Or you can use the following website to look at the manual over the web: http://www.scribd.com/doc/5332707/Nissan-S...3-engine-manual Just thought it may be useful for some of you people's out there Cheers!

  23. LOL good luck with it being a GENUINE 400R motor. Nismo only made 99 400R's - of which only 48 sold, the rest were dismantled. It would most likely be a copy of a 400R motor but not a geuine 400R motor. To my knowledge there are only 2 Genuine Nismo 400R's in Australia and both are worth well over $200,000
  24. Both of you are wrong - it is not illegal to sell a vehicle in Western Australia without an immobiliser. If the vehicle is less than 25 years old it must have an immobiliser fitted to it by law, however if for some reason it does not have an immobiliser, it is the PURCHASERS responsibility to install an immobiliser within 3 months of the vehicle being transferred into their name. Vehicles 25years or older are exempt from having immobilisers and so are vehicles over 4.5 tone Gross Vehicle Mass aswell as Motorcycles. I should know this, i work at with the Dept of Transport Licensing Services
  25. As soon as you submit the transfer papers you will receive an "Immobiliser Offence" letter in the mail. You have 3months to get an immobiliser installed on the car, so don't stress you got plenty of time. Then after you have had the immobiliser installed and filled in an "Immobiliser Statutory Declaration" form (link http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/mediaFiles/lic_mr191.pdf), you will then receive the transfer invoice for payment of stamp duty. As for who does the immobiliser installs i wouldnt have a clue lol
