Yeah, buying a series 3 gtr did cross my mind, but id rather wait a few years and snap up a 34 vpsec2
-
You mean my car hehe
-
Mods - with the amount of people being stickered these days for rediculous things such as "your tyres/rims are too big, your pedals are illegal", it would be a great idea to sticky this thread. It will become damn helpful, not only for those who need to get their car over the pits, but also for people who may need to test a part, i.e. coil packs may be playing up so someone might want to borrow some to test. Sticky sticky sticky

Nah the Bimmer is titanium silver Yeah i'll eventually get around to doing the angel eyes, but i'll get a piar of the proper facotry ones that won't screw up - i just don't have the extra $1K on me at the moment - i'd rather do the tints and rims first
-
Hang on, i have come to the rescue to save this thread!
-
No angel eyes unfrotunately One of my friends has the exact same car minus sunroof and he recently installed aftermarket headlights with the projectors+angel eyes and he said its completley farked up his electronics for some reason. I also asked him if the install was done properly and he said he pulled it apart and follwed the instructions to be sure and still screwed up... So i'm just going to do like an 8000K HID kit, LED tail lights, deeeeeep dish rims and lowered. But the first thing it gets is 20% mirror tints
-
Dude this BMW will have give me sex if i want hahaha Nah i don't think the seats are heated, although they are the memory electric seats XD OMG i cant wait to dump it with deep dish rims LOL
-
For those Roos, you need a Roo Bar like this: And you can also shoot flames with a bull bar like that:

So i took your guys advice and i went and brought a 323Ci 2000 E46. I know you can get the 325Ci with the updated front end etc etc, but i am quite happy with this 323Ci. I ended up choosing the BMW as they are more sporty, more fun to drive. This 323Ci has sunroof, leather, woodgrain, 8speaker stereo - it's practically top of the range bar the stereo. It's got some go but it definately ain't no Skyline! Anyways. cheers for your advice guys, i think i made the right choice. Soon to come will be dark tints, deep dish rims and HID's
-
Yeah a few other guys told me to go with the BMW's and i am happy i did as the BMW''s are much sportier and fun to drive than the Mercs - however i'll always like the Mercs lol. Bubba just sit in the leather seats and I'll electrically adjust them while i style your hair LOL Yeah i have to admit, i am happy i brought it. It has a fair amount of power, well enough to do what i need but it sure ain't no Skyline!
-
Damn having that done to your car in Northbridge. I parked my skyline on the streets plenty of times and nothing ever happened to it....maybe i was just lucky? Hope you had insurance to cover the damages....
-
Ok, so i had a look at the CLK and it ends up it sold yesterday. Soooo i went and had a look at a 2000 BMW 323Ci. It was fully optioned from factory bar the top of the range stereo. It has woodgrain, sunroof, leather, electric seats, etc. I have never been a fan on the BMW's but i ended up buying it yesterday and i must say i am very happy with it - it drives so smooth, the stereo is awesome, it looks cool! I'll get some pics up tonight - the car is factory standard the first thing it gets is tints, then deep dish rims and HID's
-
Well i had a look a the CLK today (will be going back tomorrow morning to take it for a drive) - it is absolutely immaculate! Will update again tomorrow once i have driven it and taken longer to examine
-
Now now Bubba, just because i want to buy one Feel sorry for the GTR, even if it was the driver's fault....
-
At the end of the day, i wont be buying a CLK230K for the power or handling - if i wanted that i would buy a GTR. My maximum price is around $22-$23K. I appreciate all of your advice/thoughts - much appreciated! Keep it coming!

Any One Know Wer 2 Get A Drift Spoiler For R33?
syfon replied to deathrow's topic in Western Australia
You can get drift lips for R33's from www.psiparts.com.au, i have brought thru them before and they were good -
This is a useless post, but i felt the urge to tell you that i love you too

Getting chopped by a RB25 Lunchbox can be quite depressing haha. These things (CLK) make 148kW so im happy with that, and i have driven one so i know what they go they, not slow but not fast either lol
-
I don't have a family so i dont need a Stag'n Wagn hehe
-
Ok, so basically the CLK listed a few posts above (previous page me thinks) has the following specs/options: Supercharged-intercooled 2.3L 4cylinder engine (120km's on this one) 5-speed automatic transmission 142kW @ 5300rpm, 280Nm @ 2500rpm ABS Air-conditioning Front & side air-bags for 1st row occupants Light grey leather interior with woodgrain trim Electric sunroof Power everything (seats, windows, steering, etc) Heated front seats Independent suspension And some other things bla bla bla This car is intended to be a cruiser for down south trips etc and will also be a daily driver. I only plan on some light cosmetic mods - dished rims, lowered a bit, HIDs, aftermarket head/tail lights. Oh, that and a HUGE sound system I have read about the fuel economy figures and city driving is not too bad, country driving is pretty damn good. So it has a pretty decent compromise between power & economy, but i will still miss the power of my 25 I have done some more reading and spoken to a few people re this particular make/model and everyone seems to be pretty happy with all aspects of the car. My old man is a little skeptical of letting me buy a car like this (and i do understand exactly what he is saying/where he is coming from) due to maintenance costs if something goes wrong. I will service the car myself every 5000km's as i know it is quite easy. I personally think the best thing to do to find any mechanical/electrical faults is to get someone (probably Jason at Diesel Motors) to plug their laptop to see the history of the vehicle's computer etc. LOL im getting excited haha
-
Ryan, i cant agree with you more, but a 34 GTR is on the cards, but not for another few years, so for the time being it's just a cruiser!
-
The SLK is the smaller 2-door coupe/hardtop. The CLK is based on the C-Class chassis with the E-Class styling...
-
I quite like the V35's. But my max price is $23K
-
Too old for me - i don't really want anything older than 10years...
-
Haha imagine this CLK with a big block chevy in it ripping down the drag strip running 10's LOL I was thinking of getting the number plates KOMPRESSA Yeah i guess with a car like this i wouldn't plan on trying to rip a doughie or standstill - or i'd most probably try something
