Stock internals, gearbox and diff are good for 500 rear-wheel horsepower. My brother's R33 GTS-t was making a smidge under 500rwhp. All it had was GT35R, 800cc injectors, coilpacks, HKS cams & exhaust manifold, ext gate, custom exh system, custom intake manifold, XF falcon throttle body, custom FMIC, Power FC and maybe some other things, i forget, was a few years ago. That was running 22psi and in 12months of daily thrashing it never ever broke RB25's, RB25 boxes and diff's are bulletproof unlees you want to go mega HP.

Yeah once you boost the stock turbo's on RB25s, and you have a pod filter and turbo-back exhaust, they suck harder and louder than a $2 hooker.

Sorry, but i wasn't posting about what speeds others were doing etc, i was simply making very generalised statements about speed. I only stated my speed at one point in 1 of my posts. Anyhow, the cruise was fun putting aside the negative points

I left after the hills section, so i didn't go back to City West.

Mel, i don't have time to write up my own cruise and run it etc, therefore i go on other people's cruises. Now, I'm taking saying your cruise was shit, not by any means. It was good fun, don't get me wrong, but it was more some of the dickheads that were on the cruise who have no idea how to drive at speed. Now, i'm not saying that people should be speeding or engaging in behanviour which may result in severe consequences (you all know what i mean), however, some of the people that were engaging in this behaviour had no farking idea how to minimise the risk of causing an accident or even worse, serious injury or death. Nick's R32 being rear-ended is a prime example of this happening. I am going on what i have heard from other people since i did not see this happen. But anyway, the cruise was ok, had it's bad points and good points, but that's enough ranting from me.

Not to pull my own chain or anything, but i know i can drive in the hills Had lots of experience doing late night runs through there, but shh don't tell anyone! Yeah my car was good. It was just sticking to the roads and didnt come unstuck at all even with the traction control off. Although it does have an open diff.... I kind of dropped the *cough* clutch *cough* at some lights and rear left span so it was probably that lol....

You were trying to have a look at my Beemer? Lol, it's just a standard 323Ci with no badges! I was behind a blue VZ SS commodore in the hills on mundaring weir road and he was going so slow. I mean i was sitting on about 80 through the corners and my car was sticking, but the guy in the SS didnt want to go any faster. Oh wells.....

I'm not saying you can't organise a cruise, what i was saying is with regards to some of the driving "skills" i saw there and some of the dickheads who have no idea how to drive safely at speed. Or should i say to "minimise" the risk of an accident at speed. The cruise itself was mmm ok, the stops at Dog Swamp, Midland, etc were too long. Should be 5-10mins to let everyone regroup and then go again. Just because i drive a BMW, doesn't mean i didn't enjoy myself

Melski, i might come to this cruise tomorrow night. I just feel like taking my car out for a bit of a cruise seeing as i havn't done it yet I may meet you guys before the cruise or just meet down there. Ill figure that out tomorrow lol.

As you are fitting a turbocharger to your car which obviously does not come factory on your particular model, you will need to fill out the following form and submit it directly to the Welshpool Technical Section on 21 Murray Road South, Welshpool. http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/mediaFiles/...orm_prodveh.pdf If the Tech Section approves the modifications, then you go about having them all fitted and getting an engineers certificate. Once that has been completed, you will need to have the vehicle inspected over the pits for the modifications that have been performed. As you will be adding a forced-induction unit, there is a very high chance you will need to undergo an emission test, HOWEVER i am not sure if you will need to have the IM240 Emissions test. I did speak to a guy over the phone today who had a HSV GTO Coupe with lumpy cams. He said he didn't have to do the IM240 test but a similar alternative at a business in Bentley (I think?) costing around $100. Putting that aside, once it has passed the pits and the emissions test, away you go with your newly modified vehicle to enjoy

It wont let me try it from work, however when i download at home via bitsoup.org using utorrent, i usually sit on around 800k/b per second, so i'll download a 750mb movie is basically 10mins

I might bring the Beemer out for a run, or might get my mate to get his M3 out which sounds farking awesome and revs to 8grand XD
