  1. Anyone after a cheap, immaculate, very low mileage run-around?
  2. Indeed he was! I'll be out there, Bodella (Ryan) should be out there, Theo, Gavin and Alex have come along a few times, and hopefully Duncan will be out there too.
  3. You're in luck, Matt! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/420374-saunsw-texikhana-30th-march/ I want to see HEAPS of you out there, mmmkay???
  4. WINNAR!!! Go Brian!
  5. I do it occasionally on the freeway, but it seems that they think YOU are in the wrong, despite the highly-visible "Keep Left..." signs. Usually it's a quick flash of the high-beams as I approach them from behind - some people get it, and some people (it seems) don't know what their mirrors are for, or why the hell I'm flashing. It's even more annoying when there are a CHAIN of cars all swapping into another lane to overtake a right lane hog, and it still doesn't sink into that person's head.
  6. Nope, unfortunately not, last I've heard. If anyone DOES see anything, please call or send a PM to Jetwreck (Craig), or call the police on the number he's listed in the first post.
  7. I knew I recognised those plates. I was in the green Stagea. Just spotted a white R34 GT-R with black bonnet in Blacktown, plates were FR34ME or similar. (null)
  8. Pfft Ricky, maturity gets thrown out the window when you log onto SAU. The car park should be fine - as mentioned, it's on Easter Sunday, so I doubt any other businesses will be open.
  9. It's not really a show, it's more a gathering than anything else.
  10. It wasn't just for Nissans though, David. There was a bit of everything there, not just JDM, either.
  11. Of all the cars there, only two got defected, and (in my opinion) the second one kinda deserved it. He gave the throttle a good stab as he came into the undercover multi-level section, and probably right in front of the cops that were defecting the first car (not sure about the circumstances behind that one), and then he was mouthing off. There were 4 marked cars and two unmarked, and no-one else had any issues, AFAIK. They could have stung us hard, there's only one way in/out, so they could easily have blocked us in.
  12. Spotted a gunmetal R34 four door turning off Johnson Avenue onto the Prospect Highway, then turning into the industrial estate in Seven Hills about 4pm, then about an hour later spotted FLN75S (dark blue R34 GTt) heading in the exact opposite direction - from Prospect Highway then onto Johnson Avenue.
  13. LOL, that's even closer to my home, Gav!
  14. I'm going to take some pics of it soon, Major Tangles. And the cost, I'll have to dig up the receipt...

  16. 29th of March, Braden? Don't forget that Texi is on the next day!
  17. Even better, 2mins from home!
  18. This! Duncan, neither you or Kel can spill a drop around the course, Initial D-style... (I could only find a clip from the game)
  19. For those widths, you'll need a larger offset wheel, something closer to +20 or higher. Your current +11 is too small an offset, which is probably making the tyres rub on the guards when you hit bumps because the wheel is sitting too far out. The lower the offset, the further out the wheels will stick... The wheel and tyre widths will not be the problem, the offset will.
  20. Wow...
  21. Just spotted a black R34 GT on Targo Road in Girraween.
  22. Thanks to Terry for doing most of the work in setting this night up (us Execs didn't have to do much at all, so full credit to him!). Thanks to the Motor Active crew for the night, a very informative and enjoyable night!
  23. I went and got my car from the smash repairer's, the door mirror rust and rear bumper scuff are fixed, and the new spoiler is painted and on. As we were walking up to the car to inspect it, the shop owner pointed at a big puddle under the car, and I dismissed it as from the air con. Paid for the repairs, left and drove the whole 5mins home (if that). Got home and there was a squealing noise and leaking radiator fluid as I got out. Popped the bonnet and saw steam - great! So the old man and I have spent about 4hrs removing ONE f*cking hose from the rear of the engine, placed very annoyingly under the plenum. Hopefully it's the right hose, but we'll replace averything we can reach so we don't have to do it again...
