  1. 1998 R34 GT-T Skyline 152 xxx The km on this veh are mostly highway km, it has been extremely reliable, regularly serviced and has never seen a race track. There is some wear on the steering wheel, but the rest of the interior is in good condition. The car is making 260Kw on a safe tune! This car has the hardware to make ~300kw. 2. I was getting the engine light coming on with the error of speed sensor. I then checked the speed sensor and found that it was sending out a good signal. This signal then goes to the dash, which is then sent to the ecu. For some reason the dash isn't sending out a signal. I then replaced the dash only to have the same issue rear its head. I have since put the original dash back in and the error has gone away after being cleared and has not come back, but the speedo in ECUTalk still isnt working. I haven't checked the output from the dash yet. So to confirm you are running a wire straight from the speed sensor on the gearbox to the ECU (Pin 29?)
  3. I am trying to find out whether I should be able to see my speed in ECUTalk/Nistune in a R34 GTT? Does anyone have an R34 with consult that could confirm this for me? I am trying to sort out an issue with my speed sensor. Cheers
  4. R34 GTT stock intercooler in good condition! Inc shroud $50 - Plus postage unless you want to pick it up!
  5. Wanted to buy: R34 gearbox speed sensor
  6. Also I was told that there was drifting at the Go Kart track last weekend? Who was running this track day?
  7. Seano, The white 34 with White Rota Grid Drifts is mine! I am currently having an error coming up being the speed sensor, I have narrowed the problem down to the dash, I was hoping someone would be happy to let me borrow their dash to test if that is the problem? There would be some beers in it for the person who helps me out?
  8. I am looking for a circuit diagram not an input/output wiring diagram. I have checked the output at the dash. The dash isn't sending anything out.
  9. I have traced the problem down to the dash. The speed signal goes in from the speed sensor but doesn't send a signal back to the ecu? Any ideas why? Does anyone have a circuit diagram? Or can provide any info?
  10. OK. So a bit of an update: I fixed the knock sensor, it turned out to be a broken wire. The speed sensor is still an issue. The engine light comes on and then the TCS and Slip light comes on. If you turn the car off the TCS and Slip light go out when you turn it back on. When I clear it it goes away for a while, then randomly it comes back. Doesnt matter on the type of driving. Also when I plug in my laptop, the speed gauge in Nistune has no reading. The only thing I can find with the same problem is this but it talks about a de-limiter and I am not aware of my car having one. Any help would be appreciated.
  11. Any one? I have tried swapping out the rear speed sensors with no avail.
  12. I am currently having two codes coming up after a while of driving being: Code 14: Vehicle Speed Sensor Code 34: Knock Sensor The knock sensor error is thrown straight after the vehicle speed sensor error is thrown. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?
  13. If anyone else has this same problem it is due to a faulty fuse which lets some voltage through but as soon as there is some resistance it disappears. Hint.... Use a test light instead of a multimeter when testing fuses as it shows true voltage!
