Almost finished the conversion today, only have to put the speedo sender in and extend a wire for one of the sensors that plug into the box.
For the plates i chose not to space the gearbox down as it wasnt close to fouling and i didnt want to put the box on any bad angles.
I cut away some of the crossmember and fitted the plates underneath. I also welded them in, i then trimmed the bits i cut out and refitted them in also by welding. I then ground them back for a nice look and painted it all black. Pics tomorrrow
The tailshaft left this monring for universal driveshafts in geebung (qld) the guys did a perfect job swapping over the yokes, and obviously balanced it before it was retured at 445 today very happy with the service and price which was $175
