Can someone bring up the legislation where it says about cutting these holes? As far as im aware if the hole is not thru the chassis rail then it is fine to cut.

I havent heard too much talk on here about needing one or the other so im guessing both are the same? thanks fellas

you thought right, get a real ecu like a pfc. Mines ecu most likely has a speed cut still in it, the japs seem to love them.

Did anyone know hamilton actually started racing R/C cars before his dad bought him a go kart when he was about 6.
