i might care if these residents were not such piss poor drivers themselves. This car is a perfect example, i mean im pretty sure that the temp of the gearbox and diff doesnt increase almost 400% when the power does so going from stock maybe 300hp to say about 1100hp. Back on topic, as someone else asked what ebc was the car running?

Im moving 1mm, i marked the spot the other day when i was getting the block ready to be machined, drilled for gtr headbolts and obviously the tensioner location. fwiw ill be running two tensioners, one high one low.

its a standard rebuild that im doing so i dont need the ross I was going to use my r32 one but for the price i might as well get a new one. I remember sk posting that he uses mostly rb26, i think ill have to do some old fashioned belt checking and see if i can do the same. Otherwise im sure the rb20 one will be fine Actually cubes will know, where are you old mate?

Im putting a 26/30 into my r32 gtst. I am going to buy a new standard balancer to go with it. Does anyone know which one is the best to use? I am thinking rb26 but are all the belts the same. I dont have A/C anymore so that ones not an issue cheers guys!

Noel, Ive always had good experience with Direct Clutch in brisbane. For the rb30 im building i dont know if ill go a nismo/orc or go back and speak to Direct. Tough choice, the clutch of theirs i have now has copped it hard for over 5 years and is still going strong. Was also strong enought to wear out the rb20 box cheers, mic

Im a bigtime hamilton fan, like massa, dont mind kimi and hate ferrari As much as it pains me to say this, i think hamilton should have been more patient and passed him on another corner. His car was obviously faster or he was when it stated to get damp. I kinda think that given he was next to kimi going into the chicane that he cut out of, that when he let kimi back into the lead on the straight he should have been allowed to be right on his tail. I do however see the point about the different line he was on compared to previous laps but i dont know the finer details of the rules. Obviously its a close call but you have to look at the positives. Hamilton is still in the lead for the championship, kimi is basically out of contention and if massa wins us hamilton/mclaren fans can just pull out last years excuse book as to why ferrari won And i dare say when hamilton wins this year it will just make it that much sweeter Good times
