How are you going to get a 6 speed Erin? Or you going to use reverse as your 6th forward gear?
Mines a 6 speed if you count reverse.
I saw you checking out my car the other day - then you got too embarrassed to gimme a normal wave! Some panzy wave there.
Com'n guys...it's for a special occasion - a school formal. You know how school kids dig cars, it's for a worthy cause. You get to join the 4 door brigade for free!
If only there was one....
Be proud of your Black R33 Four Doors and come forward!
Well done oo2 NVS.
Even if it's not 'the real thing' I would have thought the differences from the R spec was so little different (apart from the wing and leather and badge) that it didn't matter? (unlike fake V-specs)
I have a question for the dude.
Get the cops to make little cards of immunity for skyline australia people and wen we get pulled over we can flash our cards, the cop can give us the thumbs up and send us on our way.
That is a good idea
Hey marty.
I give your clutch about 4 weeks left......
First it's the smell, next its the slower grabbing, then the occasional slip then your stranded.
If you can get hold of car stands and another bloke, I'll help you change it.
The fastest untubbed, street-registered six cylineder car in the country - VL turbo 'QSA-827' (VIC) as 858hp (at 41 psi) and 1015 NM has standard bottom end (crank and block)...
nope....I guess if they have "reasonable suspicion" they have "grounds" to search your car. This search may be more easily provoked by "obtructing the course of justice" by you giving them the dirty eye.
1 x gt2530 is way too small for rb25det - hell too of them are kinda small on a rb26dett. 2 x 2530 would be equivalent to something more like 1x gt2835.
may need to get new struts (2) at >$300 each...over $600 for your suspension - not including fitting!
Worst case scenario though
Is Fulcrum's way though.

Funny, I've been quoted $430 for an organic with uprated pressure plate from Nicks as well - dunno if I spoke to Doug - but ~$130 difference is sus
Nismoman - Brembo rotors are way better build (and way more expensive) and maybe no slots (just cross drilling) is different to taking chips out of the rotor at all angles.
for just extra boost and exhaust I've been told that an organic clutch plate with a 2800lb is good for a bit of pounding. and is really good for heavy traffic and doesn't 'shudder' like ceramic sprungs are s'pose to.
HEY!
This is an question that needs to be answered urgently.
I've been told that Nissan patrol clutch bolts up to my skyline by one guy (with 2300lb pressure plate) however another place told me that, that set up means that the plate engages really close to the floor.
Those of you who have this set up is that correct? And if so how different to normal (is it engaged 1 cm off the floor with the rest of the pedal a waste)??
This setup works out to be $320 and is much cheaper than the $430 for the clutch I was quoted, but the the flywheel price jumps to $510 so I may miss out on the flywheel - don't know yet
PLEASE HELP!

This may sound like a dumb question - but I know 2 way Nismo Mech diffs are better coz they are 2 way - but what does a 2 way do that a 1 way doesn't???
I thought the 2nd way was decelerating is that correct? And how many people decelerate under the same amount of power they accelerate with through a corner??
New R33's don't have diagnositic lights and can only be diagnosed by using the Nissan computer ($8000 a pop) apparently. Gavin Woods (Laborador) told me that. My standard ECU didn't have lights on it or a screw to enter diagnositc mode)
Hey,
I have been quoted $790 for a billet lightened flywheel (5.5-5.9kg depending on what I want) and a organic clutch plate with a 2600lb pressure plate (I chose 2600 so as not to be too heavy under foot - and apparently this set up is still good for 350hp at the wheels??)....is this a good price?
This is only for supply as I will fit myself. It's from Nick's Clutches/Archerfield.
All comments Appreciated
