I think you have good composition and have centred the subject well and they remind of the postcard style of photo. How about a pic of the 3000GT ?

I'd have to say that I like V8s and Turbos but nothing beats that boost kicking in. I drove two V8s before getting my R33 and they were impressive especially my mates old worked 253 HZ but when it came to cornering I thought I was going to fall out of the drivers side door due to the bodyroll. I love the R33 it does exactly what I tell it to do cornering and in a straight line even in stock form and being my first turbo car its a lot of fun. Theres one thing that no one mentioned here though and thats fuel economy vs power and I think the turbocharged cars win that argument as they have some of both not just one or the other. Here's the situation I'm in. I purchased a R33 GTS-T Skyline in Adelaide in early December 07 (pics in Picture thread) and got 3 months rego put on the car then drove it to Broken Hill NSW where I live. I gave it to my mechanic to obtain the blue slip to transfer it to NSW Registration. Unfortunately the NSW RTA wants to see the ORIGINAL Consumer Information Notice in order for the blue slip to go ahead. Although I have a copy of the entire notice this is apparently not good enough for the RTA. Other documents I have are the Notice of sale of second hand vehicle, Contract for sale of second hand vehicle both from the dealer, Certificate of registration SA, copy of RAWS Approved vehicle details, copy of Vehicle import approval. The RTA knows about all those. Recently I got hold of the SA Vehicle identity inspection Report which the RTA is yet to hear about although I dont know if it will make any difference when my mechanic informs them about it next week. So he has rung everyone under the sun looking for this original Consumer Information Notice with no success. Can anyone suggest who or what department to contact about this original C.I.N. ? Any help is much appreciated. I'm not sure who has been contacted so far but any suggestions I can pass on would be great. Thanks !!

The window tint goes in tomorrow (friday) but nothing else is definate so far.

I'll be purchasing an R33 Skyline GTSt manual in a few weeks and have a few questions for you guys. I've admired Skylines in general for some time and I finally have the chance to obtain one. Apologies if some have been answered before just ignore those ones Your "what to look for when buying" info will be a great asset. Do all R33s have HICAS 4 wheel steering ? Should I be using V power fuel instead of regular ? Can you guys recommend an oil type and power steering fluid type ? I've heard various numbers thrown around concerning these cars and most of them are probably crap but here goes.. 0 - 400m in 14.5 seconds, 0 - 100km/h in 6 - 7 seconds and could use 9.8 Litres of fuel per 100km. I'm sure you'll get a laugh out of some of those.. Thanks for any help on these !
