  1. Matty, you make a few valid points there buddy..........hmmmm, you sure Daddy's not hitting those key strokes for you..........I've never heard such eloquence from you before
  2. lol, don't think this planet will last that long that's cause they blew up the Japs & now you & I can eat our rice with a knife & fork.........could've been a totally different story
  3. yeah I heard Turnbull on the radio today stating that he's not expecting to be very popular by blocking this move but he's not interested in playing Rudds "please love me style of politics", he's trying to save a country from more disaster. $950 for the average person will come and go with no impact whatsoever in your life. Multiply that amount by the workforce and all of a sudden I hear the bells of recession ringing............lol, we'll here those famous words again; "it's the recession we had to have"!

lol Kietz when you're not being a smartass you're actually quite a valuable contributor to SAU....good job. As I said awhile ago, that's clearly the best design I've seen so far for a hoodie.
  6. might be a good idea to see what they'll lend you after the new 1% interest cut as the ability to service the loan is the biggest factor in how much they lend you. I'm not sure how much they quoted you for monthly repayments but at the new rate, the same monthly amount would service a much bigger loan.
  7. Luke, as Nightcrawler stated in a previous post, "this is a new era on SAU". There will be less tolerance shown towards those that like to spam threads and continue to harass contributing members. We don't want to go the same way as some of our other counterparts down the road.......Steve if you have a problem with it, I'm sure you'll be welcome with open arms down the road. Here's a slap back to reality for you, if I get another PM complaint regarding your continual derogatory spamming, you'll get a holiday. Feel free to contribute in this thread but cut the crap mate. Consider this the 1st friendly warning.
  8. naa you'll come to your senses when the heat goes......hot weather can make you delirious I'm showing my age here, but my mum would always tie a sixpence in the corner of my school hanky and told me to keep it for a rainy day.........moral of the story is, better to have it than to owe it. Do you actually understand how he plans on going about this......cause he doesn't, not judging by the way he has hit my business since Johnny was shown the door. lol Brendan, expect a visit from the RSPCA by the way, .8mm is only 32 thou.....the size of a needle hole?
  9. sorry Matt, that's the price I agreed to sell them to him so I thought I would reflect the price on the 1st page as well. At this stage he still wants them but like I said before, you're next in line if anything changes. Cheers Pete
  10. no idea Dion.........Install Guide, Owners Manual & Registration are all in English....plenty of guys locally have installed the exact same thing with no issues. Here's a pic:
  11. Please note that all Used Parts on Page 1 have had a price revision. HKS EVC 'V' EBC - 45003-AK005........sent in post today.
  12. stirrer........I see the word Skyline (ie. SAU) at the top of the page but nothing about a performance car forum
  13. ooh, I like Chargers....anything classic about it I used to drag race a 6 Pack Pacer many moons ago
  14. "shakes head" lol Karl, such a simplistic response..........you clearly have never run a business that you personally built from the ground up with several employees otherwise you would have a better appreciation for your employer. As I said before, the majority of Aust is employed by small business (fact)....shaft small business and you'll have nothing to complain about.....cause you'll be on the dole queue. that's a brilliant article.....I'm keeping it. I love how Rudd criticizes other leaders that have the runs on the board when he should consider retiring at a cabin on the Murray to write his memoirs.....he seems to be a good author judging by his priorities last Christmas. Here's an excerpt from that article that relates: He condemns Mrs Thatcher and Reagan (and of course John Howard) for their economic policies, which is interesting. He wants to re-regulate the economy and get politicians back in tighter control of our lives. This is Mr Rudd's first major political mistake. and I'd love to say I told you so..........but no one listened, they were more concerned about the 'people overboard' saga
  15. and mind you, they are referring to an average household income (which usually means X2). Anyone have any idea what the so called average income is at the moment........judging by the average age on these boards, only a small % would be on it and even less over it...........and if you don't have a missus to contribute, you're stuffed! Here's one of the quotes from the above link: That tells me that it would be close to 100% of some of your wages! no I didn't see it bud
  16. lol, you're extreme mate! is it leaps & bounds better than XP Andrew.........also is it very buggy, or fairly well ironed out?
  17. here, here!
  18. don't know about us living in the lucky country anymore......that may have been the case a few years ago Did anyone see the latest figures on home affordability around the world?? Only 10 years ago we were amongst the most affordable places on the planet to own a home, we have now moved up to around the top 10 of the least affordable on the planet......and I'm talking Adelaide here, not just Sydney!!
  19. what a revelation Andrew.......could not have been said any better!! Do you know that the majority of Australia's workforce is employed by small business, not big industry?! Smarten up people and stop misdirecting your winging & whining to your boss but rather the gov.
  20. ouch....pics or ban!
  21. also note that some manufacturers quote a % of light that passes thru whilst others quote a % of light that's restricted........alot of people get confused this way when it comes to selection
  22. hmm, yeah I agree the evap is miles ahead where the pocket's concerned but not comfort.......evaps are pretty useless between Feb to Sep (ie humidity & no heating). 2nd link is brilliant...even suggested the air conds mentioned above. I found the 1st link varied drastically depending on the info input for windows......good find bud
  23. there's alot of injustices in the world unfortunately Yohan
  24. it's called short term vote winning gain followed by long term pain..............and the masses fall for it everytime because so many that are on the bones of their bums like to have their ears tickled and their pockets temporarily lined. he's like the fish out of water thrashing around for a final breath.......problem is, a thrashing fish causes alot of damage before its final breath.
  25. that sounds like a plan.........why don't you all do that then?
