When I first got my 1989 R32 GT-R through the 15 year old import rule (The good old days) I was quite happy to run it at 1 bar and the car held up for over 3 years like that.
Never had a problem.
I've bought injectors and 3, genuine Bosch 044 pumps from these blokes, they do express post and you will find prices hard to beat.

They sell a Walbro GSS342 for $132 - Free postage.

However I'd just get an Bosch 040 myself.
I thought my T88 was big but looking at your setup jesus... This is going to be one serious car, being up in Mackay though where do you take it for test and tuning? I'd imagine you would be running deep into the 8's eventually, surely Willowbank would be the closest strip to handle the regulations placed on this beast.
Here is my mates HKS T51R low mounted - one of the biggest bastards you could use on the street, black and stealth, he hasn't been done.

I have a 3 Inch exhaust, making over 340rwkw.
It is however loud as f**k and would have no chance of passing emmissions, but I live in QLD so EPA can keep hounding you southerners.
Had these fitted to my car for a single dyno tuning session before swapping out to Siemens VDO's.
Paid $185 an Injector from Gas Motorsport brand new (have receipt)
These are the genuine Indy Blues, not the crappy white tops that you see getting around now.
Only after $145 an injector, they were literally used for 3 minutes.
Have 4 of them - $580. Selling as a bundle and $15 for postage anywhere in Aus.
PM me if interested.
They are chipped from IMPUL, the only people I know that would do that would be IMPUL in Japan, but like I said I ran it on my GT-R, for over a year when I had the stock turbos and it was a great little unit.
