  1. Haven't seen a good Gaz........ Underated cars IMO. Literally drop a CA18DET in and legally away she goes.
  2. The package info you mention is correct and as I'm told by my secretary who was organising for my party: - The package was unable to be split up. - Entries have closed. So, haha if anything I might just run the Gazelle up there for a look! No complaints - such is life.
  3. Petrol + Accom. + 130bucks entry fee = can't justify it for, in my case, only the Saturday Concours.
  4. Now not going ....................................
  5. Just Saturday for me.
  6. G'day, Interested in seats - need them in good order with no stains, ciggy burns or rips. Pics I guess would be good. Cheers, Mike.
  7. Bit more organised now, well done. My partner Julie and I will be joining you guys for a run. Regards, Mike
  8. Hi ta chi Hi Mario, Nice Sedan, really nice - how do you do it? Mike (NDSOC)
  9. G'day all, 2000 Stagea RS-V 19 x 8.5 Koya Vizzo Rims +35 235/40/19 Kuhmo Tein S-Tech Springs KYB shocks all round Comment: Falcoon offset! Should have gone 245's. Needs maybe 10-15mm spacer on front, not overly phased about it though . No scrapes - easy clearance. Regards, Mike thanks Dave.J for the photos.
  10. G'day, I will be interested in the fronts if Sturb25 wants the rears. 100bucks. Get back to me soon. Mike
  11. No need for apologies Steve 1st in 1st served, I was a tad late simple as that. Actually, I've had a bit of a bad run - I was looking 3 cars, a s110 RS Silvia in New Zealand (also sold as I just got there), a 1970 240Z which turned out to be a bit of a nightmare (backed out of that) and your old DR30. Missed them all - such is life! The new owner better not be the Steve from Ballarat I (sort of) know from the NDSOC/Prince Register? I went on a Swan Hill run with Steve not so long ago, not a bad bloke. But, how many vehicles can 1 man have? Does he still have his HR30 for sale, I might buy that!!!!!!!!!!! Take it easy Steve, Mike.
  12. Pipster11 thanks for the comments. I have read all the comments on fuel economy in this and other threads, "helpfull info - thanks everyone" (O2 sensor change duly noted). The 570kms that I got, all be it highway run, seems to be quite good when compared - so I am more than happy with it. Had a bit of weight (4 x 19x8.5 with tyres) in the back aswell. It's daily route will be 85% highway 15% town - hoping for at least 500ks a tank normal driving. Cheers.
  13. G'day, Just picked up a std S2 RS4V and drove it back from sydney to melbourne. From Goulburn Caltex to Caltex Avenel 99% highway driving at 110kmph we used near on exactly 60lts of 95RON for 557km (odo actualy read 570kms due to smaller than std tyres fitted). However a drive (correct tyre sizes) around town and highway, pretty much a 50/50 split saw a drop in 100kms of economy ie 470kms for again pretty much 60ltrs of 95Ron Caltex. Deduce from that that maybe a drive 100% round town means 370km per 60ltrs - "Crikey"! And also light comes on at close to 60lts used - Are these things 65lt or 68lt tanks? Thought I'd add my readings. "Safe Boating", Mike.
  14. G'day All, Nice thread, heaps of info on offset for manuals, just a little about offset for autos though? My Partner is in the process of buying herself a completely stock std S2 RSFourV Tiptronic Stag. Stag to be lowered on Tein Wagon S-Tech Coils - Then She wants some nice rims! Short of me trying my R33 GTR and AU Falcoon rims (when we get it home), can some smart person suggest the best offset for 18 x 8.5-9 rims all round - considering from what I have read the auto has a wider rear end in it compared to manual. Advanced thanks for your time and info, Cheers Mike.
  15. 1stly, yes I have searched. Story - I have been lucky enough to come by a set of these with loom and switch, it's all there (including markings where to wire what, easy!). Has anyone else on here have front factory foggies? Most of these get ditched because "they don't look to good" apparently - different persons have different tastes.......... As I am installing these, I would like to know how/where the loom runs through the engine bay, esp. through the firewall, so as to do the job properly - how the factory has done it. I could just throw the loom in Yes, but I'm picky! Questions: - Where does the loom run behind the front radiator support and bumper? - How does the loom run through the firewall? How is it tied in so to speak? - My gtr is a 95, I'm suggesting the switch I have is from a s2 maybe s3 as it does not fit too well any switch holes that are in my s1 dash (minor problem!) - where is the switch normally located on any or every model? - And just interested (Yes I have one but probably won't be running it), S3 Rear Fog light? How does that work ie. where or how is it switched/activated? Thanks for reading and "Thanks" for any relative information you may have shared. Mike
  16. Pics of: - dash pad with all vents $50 - cluster surround $50 if they look the goods I'll get back to you. Thanks. Mike
  17. G'day, Please PM me your price (and if they're ono's) on Cam Gears and Power FC please. If I'm interested I'll certainly get back to you. Thanks for your time, Mike (Union76)
  18. G'day Rianto, When you get a chance, could you please PM me a quote for front and rear: - Redstuff pads - Yellowstuff pads To suit an R33 GTR V-Spec (brembo caliper type) delivered to Melbourne 3429. I'll certainly get back to you if I'm interested. Thanks for your time Pal, Mike (Union76)
  19. Vic roads are nothing too special, Great Ocean road blah blah blah, yeah maybe the King Lake area..... But, any Road in Tassie is a great road, West Coast, North West Coast, down South - I kid you not. Watch out for the fuel cost on Tassie's East Coast though - My favourite run is from a place called Bicheno through Scamanda to St Helens, far out.....
  20. this is a Trust Gracer Copy - I am running one, mine was a tight fit but certainly looks the goods
  21. the price is a little depressing.........
  22. Fair chance we're driving to Strahan aswell. And I was thinkin' that this stuff was going to be hard to get on the West Side. Good Stuff.
  23. Thanks for that info about Rosebery. Anything less than Ultimate the old girl runs like poo - Too easy to top up there on the way through. Great.
  24. G'day fellow Tasweigens, On my way down home (I'm living in Melbourne) for a kinda driving holiday. Few nights at Stanley then heading Westwards to Hobart via Queenstown. Questions: 1. Is there BP Ultimate at Queenstown or in the area? 2. Is the road from Marrawah (I think this is the "road to know where"?) to Corinna 4x4 only? Has it reopened after the fires? (Never been on this road so I don't really know what I'm talking about info please!) 3. Get much Snow on the Murchison & Lyell Hwy's this time of year (mid July - up over Mt Arrowsmith may be a problem)? I know there is BP Ultimate in Burnie. My GTR gets 500kms to a tank so I may just come up short (ie Burnie + Queenstown + Hobart = 409kms) - pending on how I drive! Thanks for any comments, Mike (Union76) keep an eye out for me....
