  1. What engine mounts do you use? Tell me please all your specs!! Do you have any fotos of your project?
  2. The same told me my engineer! But if we have two 044 and one blow and the car run with one 044 it will blow the engine sure!! If we have one fuel pump like stock cars if it blow, simple the engine stop to work... What is your opinion? Also GTRgeoff what do you have to said for the green 33 post?
  3. Yes but I will leave the return valves of the pumps? If I leave it I need banjo fitting with a cap. But I don't know if I need the return valves... are they usefull?
  4. I will use two 044 fuel pumps.. is it better to leave the return valves or not? If I leave them I don't know what fittings to use!!
  5. I end with my engine... Nismo oil pump with jun crank collar HKS pistons, rods and 272 cams and very little porting T04Z .84 , Turbosmart 48mm wastegate , XS power manifold All gaskets by tomei ARP studs head and main ACL race series main and rod bearings 800 sard injectors 600x300x120 the core of my intercooler (gtr style) External oil return from the head.. larger oil returns ports.. tomei oil gallery.. Big rb26 oil pan and greddy baffle kit Water breather bottle from the intake with 3 braided hoses About fueling... Walbro on the tank.. 2x044 with surge tank with two braided lines 6AN send the fuel in a twin feed large fuel rail handmade. From the rail to the SX Performance fuel regulator with 10AN braided and from regulator to surge tank 8AN All with aeroquip fittings!!! Oh my money!!! I am thinking for... # Stock intake but I am thinking for single throotle big intake.. # Os giken twin but I don't know if can handle the power... # I will go for 3.5" exhaust without any muffler for drag use... but for road use I will put a muffler.. # I don't have more money but I want a crank pulley... ROSS or ATI to be sure safe... Also a tuner will remap my stock ecu with two Z32 maf... Edit.... I just bought ATI RACE DAMPER PULLEY!!!!! BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!!!

  7. SydneyKid there is a hole in the block near to oil return... Is it a good idea to return the oils from the head there?
  8. I will keep only the shaft in green? All other parts with "X" red I will put off??
  9. Can I connect the oil return to the turbo oil return? Or it is a bad idea?
  10. There are oil cooling turbos (greddy) and water/oil cooling turbos(garret).. If we connect only oil lines in turbo like T04Z we will have any problem? Because I hear some people to tell that the water in turbo is useless as some times is very hot. So I want to hear proff opinions. Ofcourse it isn't the problem the money for the pipes but my mechanic told me to don't connect water in turbo and I fear!!!
  11. Hi, I didn't have idea neither what exactly is the radiator breather nor that all tuned rb26 use this. My engineer told me to find more info about how we much connect it. As we understand we will put off this "balance tube" And then we will connect three hoses to the bottle from the body of the intake like the following foto.. A small piece from the bottle cap to the radiator tank... But what he did at the bottom of the the bottle?? He connect a whole large pipe from the bottom of the bottle to the the up member of the raditor? I must do it the same or there is any easier way??
  12. I find to buy PFC GTR33D 020-0073 ! Can I put it on my R32? I find only ecu.. I need any harness adapter or it fits on stock harness? What about a/c abs and all other oem functions? It is GTR33D so D-Jetro right? So I need to buy also a map sensor and I don't need any 300zx mafs right? I don't need commander right? Thanks

  14. Ok but this aeromotive fpr have... Two -10 AN inlet ports, one -6 AN return port and 1/8" NPT gauge port Can you tell me which? I see 8AN or 10AN outlets only at pro series for 2000horses! The most cheap aeromotive regs have 6AN or 6ANx2 for return... This is the point I need help guys!!! Ok you said me to use 8AN hoses... but if the fpr have small holes like sard that has 6AN( http://www.rhdjapan.com/images/product/102...rmal/Image3.jpg ) or malpassi or aeromotives with 6AN, will can flow the return fuel? Or if I will have fpr with small holes (6AN) it will not have any difference if I have 8AN or 6AN return hose? Please someone to explain me this because it is the only problem that I have... But I want to be sure that I will pay what I need for my setup and don't pay parts for 2000hp! Ofcourse I will pay either aeromotive pro series or the magnafuel if you will say me that I cannot work with smaller fprs! But the Stagezilla use only sard fpr and he has 044 pumps that they have more flow than my walbros! Thanks for your help guys
  15. The Aeromotive fuel reg that you show me has 6AN inlet and 6AN return... So how I will put 8AN pipes? Also I cannot find any fuel reg with 8AN inlet and return in fair prices... all are very very expensive...

  17. I love whatever I have read for the T04Z! But I cannot find any bargain to buy one.. I find a good bargain for T88-34D!! You can read my setup in my signature! My target is 440rwkw I have read that T04Z is very fast spool.... t88-34D will be much lagier? How much rpm more for full boost? Will be ok an rpm limit 8.000 or 8.500 ?

  19. Yes the engine I bought had hks pistons 87mm with some black coated at the bottom of the piston... also the engine had hks rods and cams! So I just break everything down to check everything.. and to make some things that I read hear.. external oil return etc..! I bought it with NISMO oil pump with early R32 crank!! Haha.. ofcourse I put jun crank collar! I take the head and block for a "flatten" the faces and for a "brush" the cyllinders and I don't know if I need rings or no
