  1. i like boost gauge cause it moves haha.. provides in cabin entertainment for people.. Also some people fiddle with other boost controllers besides EBC's.. like t peice 1's etc.. so for them its handier
  2. in WA u can get permits for a pillar mounted gauges, aslong as they dont obstruct the vision. I had permit for Oil pressure gauge and monser tacho(albiet that was a wank permit haha). But we also have permit for the Sti with boost and oil pressure. small gauges are fine. In words of guy at pits, cop was an idiot for point out the gauges as a defect.
  3. depends if u guys actually have any cruises

  6. well what a great day, finally picked up my Cefiro from the docks with suprisingly everything still there, no missing bits. After finally getting it back to Mayhems and going over it we have found starting with obvious: Started life as an Auto, most likely rb20de, had an R32 gts-t engine/gearbox. Front lip Bee-R cat back exhaust 5 stud conversion up front with r32 gt-r rims 4 spot R32 gts-t brakes HKS Pod filter Field EBC with hand controller(stage 1, 2 and Man buttons) some obscure TT Cusco strut brace Cusco adjustable camber tops Momo steering wheel Tomei boost gauge coil overs(unknown make, maybe sum1 can identify) not so easy to see mods: RG brake pads a/m clutch(not an on/off button style but very weighty) mechanical diff(very tight chatter almost on every corner) ARC(we think) Intercooler in factory location(was a pleasant suprise to find this) bout it for now will keep updated on the happenings. brief video of it running and new pics can be found at: http://www.hotperthcars.net/summoner/images/cefiro/

  15. because u know going from a 160kw or so engine to a 206kw engine isnt a step up already.... Say no to RB25's
  16. i hate NV plates.. cause most times they crappers. on insurance note, good luck getting insurance anywhere at yer age for a 98 onwards import

  20. nice way of putting it. Doesn't mean that the ttv8 option isnt as good. I dont see utes as sports cars either.. i see it as a performance car I think either option would be good and the v8 could well have the nicer note to it though
  21. haha good on ya.. i love my LS-1 and its hardly gutless. But granted we mite have differant views on the term. Maybe it doesn't need a v8 but i dont see the point in this whole anti v8 attitude thats proliferating itself on the board. Imho a TTV8 would of been great.
  22. you can buy my domain for a vast sum of money and use it for your shop
  23. why no v8 in a gt-r? if its a capable engine etc there shouldnt be anything wrong with it. simple.
  24. RB25 why? what is wrong witha v8? or are you just another narrow minded person and see's v8 and thinks the worsed.
