  1. Gym doesn't offer classes. Budget fitness to the max

  4. Yeah I dunno ay. My fitness disappeared when I stopped training in MMA
  5. When I hit the weights I go as hard as I can with as little rest as possible apart from my heavy sets. Guess I need something to help compliment tag and general health
  6. Well after a game of oztag tonight where I wasn't even good for a half I have decided I need to do more to look after my cardiovascular fitness. Any cardio work in the gym before or after weight training will not happen. Not even worth mentioning. My options are: 1. Crossfit 2. MMA at a decent gym 3. Cardio in the morning before work Option 1 & 2 would basically mean no more actual gym work due to time constraints. 3 means getting up earlier and not being lazy. But I have no idea what type of cardio to do, jogging does not appeal to me nor does bike riding, I would have to do HIIT training but dont know where to start. Thoughts and opinions?

  11. actually, make a good point Damo, what i mean was if asked what supplements and shit you take, don't leave it off the list or if asked just say yes
  12. this is one thing that annoys me. Personally i dont care if someone takes roids, but if you ask the question as to how said person got bigger, imo don't leave it out because its important.
  13. whilst I don't completely disagree with that point, he would shoot for long periods of time. In Arnies new encyclopedia of bodybuilding he talks about time for regular people, mentions when he went to the gym in the morning there were a few dedicated people also their at 4am (attorneys and such), also when he was first bodybuilding professionally there was only a couple people making a living from the sport. so whilst he would have time, he would also make time one of my mates, skinny bloke, got on roids for a brief period of time, said he has never been so hungry in his life

  16. Parents have one at home. Took a beating every day from the pair of them. Still works well il try and find out what brand it is
  17. hang on a min, just kind of watched the video to the end rather then just the start. I saw the cable machine and figured he was doing lying cable extensions which like lying cable curls is massive tool vile. lying tricep extension with the ez bar on a bench is all good just make sure you feel it in your tricep, I didn't like the massive rock he had in the technique, but that's just me.
