The buyer received the rims and they were clearly not new, and had sustained some damage. How much or how little damage each rim has is completely irrelevant, the wheels arent new. NRMA is a complete waste of time You need a workshop that knows GTR's back to front, knows what to look for and can spot any faults or problems that may be present. NRMA will happily tell you that your wipers are functional, your headlights work and your washer bottle fluid is ok, but thats hardly helpful
