Er, no. The whole point of putting screamer sirens under/behind the dash is that they are almost impossible to get to especially while going off. The idea is that unlike a siren mounted in the engine bay, you cant just snip the wires or rip off a siren when its mounted behind the dash completely out of reach. Furthermore the best idea is a screamer - try standing near one when its going off let alone being inside a car with it.
