  1. Hear hear, Guys and girls , in a democratic society the onus is on the prosecutor to "Prove" that you are at fault, not you prove that you aren't at fault. So any time you hear bull from a cop like they didn't actually see you doing the offence, they admit that they can not prove that it was you, therefore they have no case. With a recording and a half decent lawyer you won't even have to go to court to get off. Don't just wear it, if you know you are in the right.
  2. Mate I feel for you, I had exactly the same thing happen to me, but having a phone that has a dictaphone I was able to record the cop saying that he didn't see me actually doing the offence. Took it to court and I got off. Whenever I get pulled over by the cops that dictaphone is recording everything they say to me. Learnt that off a mate that has a fully worked GT and he has got off so many offences because of recording what they say. I highly recommend that everybody carries something like that with them, as then the police have to be spot on with what they say, or they lose the case.
  3. Yeah you would hope so. But hypothetically I was thinking that the next time I get done by a speed camera, I might just put a bit of paint damage to the rear bumper, go to the police and claim that someone was trying to car jack me. Might work - Hypothetically of course
  4. So you actually have them in your hands now? It would be nice to get a 2nd opinion on them. So dude are they good or what????????
  5. Interesting point. What would be our recourse if we were the victim of an attempted car jacking, especially if we went to the police straight after the event, showed them the physical damage to the car and made a formal complaint. If we then received a speeding notice in the mail, would we have enough extenuating circumstances to get off (like if you can prove that your car was used for a medical emergency, you can get off)? Might be one to be decided in the courts methinks.
  6. Already on the Coast, But I would like to meet up for the Gold Coast part of the Cruise when you guys get down here. But your PM links are broken
  7. Once a week, first thing on Saturday morning down to the local car detailers for a wash, then I am good for cruising on the weekend. Come Friday night though the car does look a little dirty If I had the time I would clean it everyday.
  8. Got any photos of the rims, or a link to where I might be able to see them?
  9. I call mine Kit....... cause I am the Knight Rider:burnout: And no, I don't look like David Hasselhoff:alien:
  10. That absolutely sux dude. Why O' why are there so many wankers in the world??????
  11. It is true. The vehicle behind should be travelling at a safe enough distance from the vehicle in front to stop without hitting the vehicle in front. If you hit the vehicle in front of you then you are deemed to be too close, therefore it is the trailing vehicles fault.
  12. I don't know but I have had bad experiences, with the old dudes on their harley's and trumpies. I have found that they tend to tail you in your blind spot for ages and then when you want to change lane (after indicating) they decide that they want to overtake at the same time and abuse you for it. One dude had a go at me, to which I said that he was riding in my blind spot (which he was) to which he said that I should have been able to hear him (this is over my fat exhaust, bov and stereo playing). Yeah right! I will admit when I am in the wrong why can't they?
  13. Cool. Bring it on.
  14. Yes it is an odd colour and I had not seen it before, but the colour is very nice. Does anybody know the full range of factory colours that were released in Nippon?
  15. Who was pulling out of the BP as I was driving in, on Gooding Drive on the Gold Coast on Sunday Arvo at about 1.30-2.00pm? Was a R33 Blue-Silver colour looked pretty stock.
  16. I thought the 4 door models were way cheaper than your standard coupe. I remeber seeing one a little while ago at one of the yards at Underwood, it was a 4 door R33 GTSt Auto totally stock in great condition with about 75000K on the clock and they were asking $14500 for it. I even took it for a drive and it was straight as, it was obviously used as a family car in Japan I seriously thought about buying it for a second car, just to absolutely thrash the hell out of it.

  21. Hey there guys, check out this link for a laugh. http://www.acsu.buffalo.edu/~attse/honduh.htm That is exactly how I got my car to go more fasterer and furiouser.
  22. Ummmm......... Guilty as charged orificer! Yes that guy in the WRX had been hassling me down the highway for about half an hour. Thought that it was time to show him what Skylines are capable of. To any cops reading this NO laws were broken, we didn't break the speed limit, I just got up to 70Kph a lot faster than he did, NO wheels were spun; NO exhausts were screaming over 91DB; NO loud BOV as we didn't go over 2000RPM.
