  1. ^^ That's fucked man! Did he fix it? Pay for it? Same with me, the only ppl I let drive is my mechanics who I know personally. Also my panel beater, but they know not to 'drive' it, only when moving in and out of the workshop. + I wish not to see my panel beater at all, meaning I don't want to have any panel damages.
  2. Ah ok. Any idea of who owns it now?
  3. They are your only 'power' upgrades. How much boost are you running? Like what Ash said, your car would see about the 200rwkw range.
  4. My mechanic took me for a drive in his Caldina as it was a work car at the time. Didn't really open it up but the car was quite nice to drive. He had the 3rd Generation Caldina. (1999-2007) To me it's kinda like a Corolla on roids... Being AWD / turbo, it goes good, but it weight about the same as my GTR... Running cost would be like any JDM import, treat it like how you would treat your R33. Service it every 5000kms, use good oil, look after it. You mum will just have to wait for a few mins before switching off the car or install a turbo timer for her. Toyota make reliable cars and not much to worry about. Parts are widely available as there have been an increase amount of Caldina's coming to AUS. (Melbourne) I got a 1987 AE71 Corolla and I still can get parts. If she gets the top model is has a, 3S-GTE engine 1998 cc (2lt) inline 4 191 kW @6200 rpm 324 Nm @4400 rpm Caldina GT-T (ST215) / Caldina GT-Four (ST246)
  5. Anyone here know a R33 GTR, always parked at Home HQ in Nunawading underground carpark? Always next to or near a Honda S2000, I think they work at JB-Hifi cuz I saw a photo of the cars at a staff desk...
  6. Go with NGK Iridiums / Platinums. From memory the plugs come pre-gaped, if you ask for specific model of car. But I would check the gapping no matter what. From memory, 1.1 gapping is in my head... I could be wrong... Best check with your mechanic with the gapping size.
  7. ^^ Damn! That actually looks decent on a R33. EPIC Deep lip on your wheels
  8. You got a good point there Brian! I see where your coming from. But as you know, if you are going to buy a car, you'd do research on what you are buying. Well that's just you and me and any other person with common sense... IMO. I would be love to see how they justify a high price (That's if they do sell it at a high price) But still interested to see how much they go for, AUS $. Yeah for sure they can do good over here in AUS and be great to see some smooth looking V35 / V36 cruising around.
  9. Sounds like a plan! True that!
  10. Your opinions amuse me and the fact that you are usually spot on.
  11. What's the best Skyline forums in Australia..? Oh wait, should post that on WRX / Rexnet.com and find out...
  12. I think you should sell it and the Supra and buy a GTR.
  13. Even if it was twin turbo, I would not take it. LOL! Only reason I would take a 280ZX is cause at the time, it was hard to a 240Z / 260Z. I would still prefer a 280Z over the Z31 and Z32. At least it retained some of the classic shape / styling lines. 240Z / 260Z = all time best Fairladies! Not much of a fan of the newbie 350Z and 370Z's either.
  14. LOL! Japs always gota use each others names.
  15. That was pretty much what I wanted to say. You last sentence summed it up how I would see it too. Infiniti basically want to say "Buy our exclusive Brand!" Well I wasn't born yesterday and I do know what it is... A Nissan.
  16. So want a Z car back again! Dad had a 260ZX and 280ZX.
  17. Midnight Purple R33 GTR on Church St. in Richmond.
  18. It took my 8 and a half hours to finish it, as I was having to figure out the puzzle in the Gardens when you meet up with Hera for the 2nd time. Next time it took about 6 hours and I am about to finish it for the 3rd time. Too bad you cannot skip scenes, but they are worth the watch.
  19. I didn't know Project Mu did ECU's..? Could have been a Re-Map of your Stock ECU, but I don't see any Nissan logos on it. They may have did a short line of ECU's...
  20. Lexus has done something right. If there is a market for Infiniti, then they will survive, but it all depends on the buyer. If they know it's just a rebadged Nissan then, they will go for Nissan. Having said that, some will want the local support for servicing. Look at Eunos = Rebadged Mazda's. Having said that, Lexus are just rebadged Toyota's, but they market the car in a way that consumers will believe in the product.
  21. Try On The Run Motorsport, but they are in South East tho.
  22. Spotted LEANBAC on Church St. in Richmond. Silver R32 GTS-T 4 door.
  23. Who'd you piss of Juliette? LOL!
  24. ^^ Dezz, you have the funniest / weirdest Avatars...
