  2. good stuff !!! make sure to keep us posted on your progress.
  3. map please......... for us slow southerners hee-awwwwwwwwwww
  4. you will have to get a custom jobbie. i tried to get one for my r32 and ended up giving up, and selling my boat.
  5. yeah a little bit is normal with any pcv system. when i had my gti swift turboed, i snapped the exhaust wheel off, and it sounded like a jet after certain revs. simillar to what you explained about yours.
  6. dude, sounds terminal (maybe you have farked the turbo/snapped exhaust wheel off) also, there should not be any oil inside your bov take it to a mechanic good luck good luck
  7. my bilsteins cost about 1300 bucks add about 400 bucks for springs and your getting close to the TIEN price anyway.
  8. nissan (RB20DET) timing belt part #13028-20P25 bought one today $98 from nissan dealer
  9. i can vouch for the bilsteins that i have in my r32 they are a sweet shock on the smooth roads. but you will need a kidney belt for the rougher roads.
  10. dude, i dont mean to be slack, but this is the third time this has been posted.
  11. roy, the VN group A and VL Walkinshaw are the best things to come from HSV. i have always loved the VL Group A and i think that anything with a brock tag is going to be a collectors item. i used to love watching the walky and vn racing against the r32 (and sierra/bmw etc) ahh......... those were the days.
  12. roy, you are the man. my next car will be either a VN Group A or old school VH Group 3. these things are collecters items nowdays. $$$$
  13. tiny tiny tiny from memory it was about 1/8 drill bit.
  14. yeah, go all four. looks heaps better at night.
  15. maybe get the front section of your exhaust done. apexi fc/fuel upgrade and dyno tune at the same time. also brakes/tyres/suspension/clutch etc (if you havent done them already) good luck
  16. GTR - no brake light in spoiler - compliance has to distinguish between parkers and brakes. GTSt - brake light in spoiler, no reason to cut wires. easy peasy....
  17. yeah i agree. well said. i will go back to the dark side after the r32. brock me up.
  18. yeah, each to there own. it just annoys me about this whole anti holden/ford/nissan/whatever attitude that some people suffer from. its a only a car after all. having said that, my skyline is the best car in the world. so there.
  19. WTF? no more unconfirmed comments like these please..... i cant imagine a r34 4 door would be more expensive than a two door, maybe they will be harder to find in as good nick as that black one. its a worry.....
  20. that is a sweet looking r34 40k is a lot of money and can buy lots of toys cough *S6 RX-7* cough.......
  21. my hks ssq is mounted on the smooth pipe just before the crossover pipe to the throttle body (if you know what i mean) no probs at all. made a plate to go under the oe bov to block it off.
  22. if you get rid of the wheels you wont need to roll your gaurds. 255's are too wide for a gts4 anyway
  23. ha ha what a classic thread. so your $10 or 20k car beats a 40k car !! so what? i know id rather be driving a 40k car if i could afford it. how many people who dislike v8's have actually been in a decent one?
  24. muhahahahaha :bonk:
