I should be in pending on date obviously : ) Off topic, what do u guys launch at. I was trying a few launches tonight with my mate and best i could get between 6.2-6.5 0-100 I can feel that there is alot of improvement there so hopefully i will dip into the 5's. Bear in mind it was with a stop watch and ive only had the car on the road for 3 days : )

Most likely u have selected 2 gears when attempting to change gears. What happens is the selector gets stuck between the 2 gears, and even thou u can move the shifter around, it wont select anything else. This happened to me and my gearbox locked up. I had to get it reconditioned cos it was stuck and wouldnt come out.

Hehe I got heaps of "Battles" As there called. Back on topic I would be intereseted to see what my line can do.

autos are heaps cheaper then manuals. Also if its stock it will also be cheaper (derr) So just keep a look out.

Ill get a boost gauge soon. I wanna up to boost but if its already at 10, hmmm dont think i would wanna go any higher then 11. Ohwell thanks for your responces

Hi Lately ive been feeling that my car is alot slower then when i first began to drive it. Now theres 2 things that could be due to this 1. Im used to the car so it feels slower 2.Compliance bastards tooks somethin off my car i didnt know about and didnt put it back on. Im not sure what to think but really the car doesnt feel very impressive. What wer all ur opinions when u guys first got ur cars (namely R33 GTST). The mods on the car are full exhaust system, HKS airpod and HKS BOV. No boost mods etc. Is it possible that i have a boost leak or somethin like that? Im graspin at straws here and its really buggin me cos the car really doesnt feel too good. Im upset : ( Any help appreciated. Thanks, Dean

Benm: Dude wat are u talkin about. This has nothin to do with exhausts, the fact that he has a lightened flywheel means the car will rev quicker hence will also drop revs quicker aswell. It may give the feelin that the car is slowing quicker to some.

My boss has a GTS Monaro the 300kw one and he wants to give me a run sometime. He even put it in the Company Newsletter. I wonder how i would go with full exhaust, Hi flow cat, HKS Airpod and BOV, EBC set at 11psi and Tein HAs for that extra launch capability.

Hey I was just thinkin, Would there be any benefits in welding 2 R33 GTST intercoolers together to make 1 big one? From what i have read, the R33 intercooler is quite efficient at 12psi in terms of flow restirction, and if enlarging its area, it would possible be better at cooling (say 60%? over 40%). As R33 intercoolers are readily available at around 100 bucks and the labour and welding at 100 aswell, it might be worth thinking about and doing. Could be a good alternative for those that want to keep the stock turbo and not go for a huge aftermarket i/c. Dean

Is there any way at all to get a cold air feed if u are still using the stock intercooler? Its seems impossible, and Grims setup doesnt look efficient

Hey guys, Ive been throwing around ideas to get a boost gauge, and im pretty certain that ill get the VDO white faced 2 1/16th gauge (****pit Vision) http://www.aisat.com.au/vdoautomotive.html I used the search function and found that a few people are using these gauges without trouble.
