well the car just feels like shit, everywhere in the rpm range, so im worried somethin is wrong. Plus i will get the ecu retuned by John, its just that i am also gettin a new wastegate actuator, and also a new dump pipe, then i will get it retuned. Basically ive waited ages to take my car to the drags, so i can wait a bit longer if i have to.

I think when you order the part, u tell them what psi u want to hold. they sell the actuator that holds the desired boost level. Im not sure about them being interchangeable, but i know that BOOSTED on these forums upgraded his actuator to the HKS one and he can hold in the vicinity of 18-20psi, obvioulsy the turbo has been modded, but still retains r33 turbine

The HKS upgrade wastgate actuator, which will fit on our cars is approximatly 11,384 Yen, which equates to 135.762 AUD Plus say 20-30 for postage. Adds up to under 160. Thats what im getting. We could get a small group buy happening, it would only alter the price a little however savings would be in the shipping.

I think the adjustable part is in the rod, which is what i first posted in this thread. So basically it has the stronger spring inside the W. A, and the adjusting mechanism on the rod? Anyway its about 100 more then the HKS one.

I agree, Its only australian media that make it out that hes the next world champion. There are shitloads better drivers then him, namely Alonso! Also Montoya is a good driver, but stupid. Bob: yes supposeldy spacers do put more strain on axles. Also, Spacers of any type are illegal in SA, even mine where the wheels dont petrude the gaurds, they are still illegal.

Hmm well i just checked the prices on Greenline, quite cheap. So ill think ill get one. Now i want to run 1 bar. So do i ask for a 1bar wastgate actutator? Or do i ask for somethin like 13psi and make up the rest with my boost controller? Will there be any problems putting such a stonger W. A on the turbo? Like will the turbo be able to make that much boost. Bare in mind, i dont actually use the turbo much, onlyu some nights and stuff. Most day to day driving, i barely use boost. Thanks
