wonder if they'll lump the crotch rockets into the bikies laws?? or the kids terrorizing my block on motorized mtn bikes...lol you bringing out the bike Pete, a little rain never stops a real biker..lol bet that thing is a handful on wet roads???
-
dont kid yourself, a US company or worldwide company can come after you for infringment? better safe then sorry hate to print up shirts etc and have to change it latter stove top? is it a cooking club, sound good to us, but not outsiders who cant put two and two together?
-
spotted a white r33 in aldinga , guy driving had a safety orange shirt on? not abe..lol no wave a hippy in a rat infested white vw bug nearly hitting me in seaford, he coasted thru a stop sign at 20k staring right at me.... moron had to swerve to miss him
-
well hate to burst the bubble but a few of those names are in use? not sure if it matter or if it needs a biz registration /non profit ? but I think you might touch on a trademark/copyright infringment if your not carefull??? http://rbmotorsports.blogspot.com/ anyway welcome back Kellie, I'm very interested in committing to this, if people spend money they will think twice about antics online, bans, etc and hopefully commit to doing something as a group, not sit home online chatting all the damn time there must be commitment or it won't work. count me in if you need some help, its good to see your back, and with a mission..lol

He is right, the news cant report anything right around here..lol sports maybe not real news. plus it would be in bad light not to include a police officer rep to support our cause , we dont condone stupid activities and the peer pressure here tries to reduce it by doing the right thing, not a rebel late night racing, 2f 2f style road closed pizza boy dont drive like a moron , enuf said

better choice and not a cop magnet. older ones like this were faster then the porsche 944 turbo of the year, a bit rare but cool and dependable

sorry Im still laughing, after owning 13 RX7's myself,DAVE your info is off a tad.????, worked at Mazda in Denver, and Road raced 2 of them, including working with the Mazda Honda shop in Denver on the race car, and Racing Beat and Rod Millen Motorsports in California. who built mine up the first go round. watch the clutches, they suck, rotary engines dont have much torque, so slipping a clutch is normal on take off. overheating oil and water is a near instant failure in a rotor engine. not made for drag abuse, rear end can fail on big tires /high power rear seal on tranny/ front seal on tranny failures frozen rusty brakes bent steering gear, worn steering boxes, leaking power steering using cheap oil filter will kill engine oil changes often with records shocks will be dead unless changed , strut bar mandatory, loose feel without on big tires coolant flushes often, never run just water some have LSD some dont, some have drum rear brakes on 85 base models interior sucks, fades bad, dashes crack, rpm gauges fail a fair bit hatch airleaks, fumes in the car, seal rubbers can be hard to find to fix door locks fail, thieves stuff them up a lot spark plug wires need to be changed to a racing kind with metal ends, or they fail quick alternators dont like to be spun up to more then 10k, and not very powerful if you run a sound system on it, they tend to blow the rectifyer and overcharging the battery. must use a proper 3-4 prong or perimitter gap spark plug or they misfire depending on model and turbo tune accidents can stuff up headlights beyond repair rust in rear guards behind tires look for sunroof models on older ones, and the glass roof insert, if street driven, awesome huge sunroof that comes out. race car doesnt matter decent rims can be hard to find on old 4 bolt pattern but I highly recommend a RX7 81-85 (not late year78-80), if it has been maintained they can be fun, last a long time if cared for the newer ones can be create other issues but still a great fun car, still cost too much to buy here in OZ mine was a prize for 11years, raced often, driven in snow, sold it to friend at 526,000 miles on it, not K's on second engine after racing a AC cobra the motor failed, never left me stranded redline, amsoil, mobil 1 used all the time since break in done, normal oil wont even pour at low temps in denver, like mud, but synthetic oil is fine. lots of parts available in USA to hot one up, cheaper too my rant

interested but want to see a photo first? shipping to adelaide cost and time ? cheers

Dave ,I was think more like the black FD RX7 twins, the promo model, the landcruiser ute, and the black harley..lol now that would fill a garage nicely..hahaha

for you pete, matty31 too I love the v8 landcruiser.
-
I was near a bunch of cops, in front of me or behind me today, not even a look over. I dont think its legal to pull over everyone without suss? drive normal ,dont mod your car over the top, no worries hopefully
-
ok bidding starts at gold coin donation,,lol.... really the market is in the tank right now, keep it, cheaper to fix up a bit at a time.

you could hear the boo's for Rann on TV.. loud..lol Dont flame me,,,,,,I'd like to remind people others read these forums???, its disheartening to read promoters comments from Old Skool New Age show when we did pretty well considering how many cars entered. be a bit more considerate of others comments please , If your mum would be ashamed to read it maybe you shouldnt say it ???and I'd hate to be excluded from events based upon some minority opinion's of people who dont attend events anyway? we dont need anymore bad press from keyboard warriors.just think a bit before saying it , common sense. end rant thank you
-
Dave I think we all love our cars, even if we do slag on Holdens/Fords sometimes, most of us hold high respect and appreciate the amount of blood, sweat and tears that goes into some of the cars, its a passion of all things cars/bikes, and a common ground for all involved, we do find some things funny but to each his own style of mods?. its not about pleasing everone, but enjoying the time showing it off. it doesn't mean the car isn't a show piece and prized possession of that person. without these events we don't have the opportunity to show off out skills in modifying cars and talk with other car lovers in a laid back location without hassle from police. I know at least 16 Skyline owners would say , they loved the show and would most likely attend next years event without question. ? I'd like to say a personal thank you for a great show with lots of cars to enjoy , and it was a nice to meet you on the way out with a kind hand shake to all attending. ps.hell if I had enough cash a old vette, camaro, or AC cobra would be a toy for the show, someday maybe?. they cost so much in oz, being from USA I would rank your shows one of the better ones in my many years and look forward to next year. thanks again for a great day out,,,,lots of sun..lol Regards Troy and SAU attendees
