  4. good to know 3.5 will run 400kw plus i was a little worried that my 4 inch dump into my 3.5 system may be a bit restrictive for the power figure im chasing obvioulsy its fine
  5. Except in this instance they arent moving the head, instead they are moving the position of the rod and piston (up and down) in relation to the head
  6. Edit just read the post again properly Tried roman deadlifts for ur hamstrings? Maybe half leg press for ur quads, would be easier on ur knees
  7. Stock pump is fine for your power levels, still has a fair bit in it Also buy your parts from rhdjapan... Heaps cheaper I paid 350ish for my nismo pump and 660 for my sard 800cc injectors

  12. Tyres for less in Fair field Sydney, they ship as well... They re on eBay if u wanna check them out Got my 235x40x17 for $350 fitted, not a great tyre but they aren't bad either

Would probably wanna go a bigger set of turbos as well depending on what power your chasing 700cc injectors will tale u up to around the 360-400rwkw mark depending on who tunes it Some people like to throw in some mild cams as well though some would say stock are fine Probs want at least 3 1/2 inch exhaust as well
  16. Those turbos+ 700cc injectors and standard afms should net you 300 rwkw.. Standard afms start maxing out at around 310-320 mark Make sure it's a safe tune, dont bash the limiter, service the engine properly and enjoy Who's tuning it btw?

  18. Speaking of deadlifts, did half a dozen sets tonight for the first time in a fortnight Last 3 sets were 170kg x 3 140x10 130x10 No straps

  20. well as long as its after this weekend ill be keen as have to take the GTS t though as the Rs not ready will also have a mate with a GTR who will be keen as well
  21. at the end of that day u have wrecked 2 pumps,.. (an N1 and a stock one) in a very short period of time dunno if thats coincental or not (i say no way) but generally if u have the same part failing all the time u need to find out why its failing other wise its goin to be a constant pain in the arse u said u had everything balanced... is that with balancer/flywheel/clutch all attached? also said u have the standard balancer.. is it new? may be time for a brand new one mate
  22. i really wouldnt appose to a defect station if they werent out to get all the guys that drive modified Jap cars they seem to make an extra effort to pull over anything resembling a 90's jap car while on the other hand there are that many bombs on the road that have bald tyres/worn brakes/brake lights out and bumpers half hanging off and theyre worried about a couple of pod filters anyway not much we can do about it... just gotta a. not drive like a di$khead b. pick the right time of day to drive

  25. Still at the exhaust shop mate...plumbing for the gates and the hot side of the turbo is stuffing them about... That and they ve been on holidays up until Monday the bludgers
