  3. Yea I take it, the brand is international protein and they call it extreme carbs... Seems to be working, makes u feel really full as well so I can't eat dinner for an hour or two after taking it. Pretty much replenishes glycogen levels and helps with recovery... Just full of complex carbs which is what u want straight after training, absorbs really quick too

  7. Gotta remember if I had to do those extra 600 meters u could probably add 2 min to that time. With a shirt on your not goin to look very big with a small frame, but if u have good muscle definition it makes u look bigger I reckon
  8. In all seriousness though, at our level there's no need for it unless u want super fast growth, I highly doubt anyone here is anywhere close to their full potential
  9. So many times I've seen dudes get massive in like 3 months due to roids, then once they stop they come back to nothing, at least naturally you can maintain the weight better.. If I could get away with it then yea I'd do it, but I like my job

  13. No worries bud Honestly mate u do it once and it's a peice of piss, having a hoist or a pit makes it easier but can be done with jacks and stands

  16. Just find something with constant power if u want it to be lit up constantly, use a test light if u need to, I used the head light switch so it would only light up when I turned my light on

Yea if u thicken up the legs u can really put on alot of weight, they are the largest muscle after all haha To come from 66kg to 84is alot of work and dedication, it's taken me 4 years to get from 69 to 92 I to have a rather skinny frame, but it does have it's advantages because the muscle i do have makes me look bigger then I really am. Don't play sport but being in the army we do a fair bit of physical training, though I haven't been running as much as u might think.... When I was around the 85kg mark I was doin it in 8:40. If it wasn't for feild exercise I may be at that 100kg mark.... NO EXCUSES! though
  19. To bleed it properl, fill the reservoir then find the bleed nipple for the attessa at the rear of the vehicle, crack that and let it gravity bleed untill there's a constant stream... Next fill the reservoir back up then remove the kick panel on the drivers side, there's a plug in there that u need to disconnect to start the bleeding process ( can't remember what colour) Next u will need 2 people Jump under the car, get some one to turn the ignition then crack the nipple on the back of the gear box, Allow the attessa pump to bleed the air out and tighten the nipple when there is a steady stream... This will make a mess! Fill the attessa reservoir, connect ur plug and instal ur kick panel back in... That's pretty much it, hope it helps

Thats Good power to weight, especially since your not stocky I'm tryin to stack on the weight so I have a little bit of extra weight being 6.1 Can still run 2.4km in 9 min with no running program though Your right about being able to do most people's 1RM 10 times, but at the end of the day u can be happy with the achievements but i always have the desire to be stronger and push further ahead of everyone else, being competitive is wat keeps me goin I think. There's always someone stronger to try and catch
  22. Cheers mate, It was reasonably fresh 60x12 then straight to 100 where I went 10 reps then 7 reps with the next set I know what u mean... Week after week of lifting the same weight, Then u get that one week where u get that extra rep or 2 and it's worth it. Next goal is 110x10 times What do weigh in at birds?

New pb today on barbell bench Managed to knock out 100x10, possibly due to the fact I didn't have a spotter and the though of being crushed by a 100kg bar helped me get the last rep The mc chicken burger helped as well I think haha Also weighed in at my heaviest at 91.3kg, have been struggling to hit 91 previously...
