I was timing Morning Course 2 and I'm pretty sure you were 33.5 (Mell's car was 33 and you were driving it, hence the .5) I don't remember what the time was but it was up there.. I would have to have a look at the original time sheet (or a copy). From memory Reece was first in the Skyline, second in the Clio, Mitch was third in the Skyline then you were fourth, then Reece in the Clio in reverse was fifth (although it looks as though the times for the Clio in reverse were not included in the above results).. but that is just from memory, it may be slightly bais. EDIT: I just had another look over the times and I would say that you have been put down as '34'. I remember that you started off slow and have a few tries before you got your good time. It would also mean you had the fourth fastest time which is what I said above

it was no inconvinience as there was a bus on the otherside going slow anyway.. and then there was a pedestrian on the zebra crossing. i was right behind you (after the roundabout) waving like mad but you didnt notice..

I'm pretty sure I'll never feel the same as you, some sexspec cars can look pretty cool and I consider myself a tolerant person, within reason anyway. Summernats is for ADM (American/Australian Domestic Market). They are usually pretty narrow minded about their car tastes, maybe you would fit in there. "Styled the way the Japanese do" Ever heard of VIP? It's pretty similar to sexspec. Lowered, big flashy rims, weird paint jobs etc. I also see alot of japanese cars with soft toys in then, all over the dash etc, maybe we should start doing that. lol @ the Fast and Furious quote. Some of my favs include "2JZ Engine no shit!!" and "Overnight parts from Japan if we have to" oh and "A Motec System Exhaust"

Wow.. you guys are so narrow minded. "I don't like sexspec, its shit". Ever heard of tolerance. They go for comfort over performance, so what! Personally i wouldn't do it to my car but I can certainly appreciate the work that has gone into it. As someone has already stated "We are all modifiers". If we want to keep the car scene in Canberra alive we really need to include everyone. Otherwise there wouldnt be enough people to support events like this. If people keep talking like they are in this thread then others will feel excluded and not welcome (as I have felt in the past) so they wont come, and the events will die off. Its not even an SAU event anyway. I would also like to point out that JDM means "Japanese Domestic Market" ie any japanese car.. not just drift/tuner. My dads Tarago is JDM for gods sake
