What a dumbass. Being in a booster seat in the passenger seat of a Ferrari doesn't mean you've driven one. I hardly think you've got any brains when it comes to cars. Stick to playing with your lego after school, and let the real men play with real cars. You've got alot of experienced racers/tuners/suspension tuners on SAU. I've done drag racing and circuit racing also in cars and on bikes. Tyres and suspension tuning is everything when it comes to going fast in a straight line or around corners. But hey don't listen to us, you're obviously a dreamer who won't give a damn unless we say what you want to hear.

How much room would he normally need to relocate copper pipework. The pipework is some 150mm under ground level and I can trench under its length (4-5m) for a depth of 500mm if that helps. I just need it moved about 500mm away from the house. This will allow for some 300mm clearance for the footings. Then I can get on with it and fit the purlins and roof sheets asap.

On the phone to the ATO now obtaining another copy of my HECS statement and info I need on investment property income. The deadline is 30 March 2009 for any late 2007/2008 tax return lodgements, not 30 June 2009. I was just informed by the ATO.

Nothing. I'm apparently not getting it. I've never missed a tax return in 20 years and the last financial year I missed lodging a return, due to moving twice around tax time and missing some info. As far as I am aware, the stimulus package is only for those who lodged a tax return last year isn't it? Typical ... f**king government. Therefore I miss out. If I was to get it ... it'd go on the house anyway. Extra security with more cameras out the front of the house. I start erecting security fencing in the front yard this weekend. My investment property needs carport repairs anyway. Damn houses ... good thing its only my mother renting off me
