An Aussie truckie walks into an outback cafe' with a full-grown emu behind him. The waitress asks them for their orders. The truckie says, 'A hamburger, chips and a coke,' and turns to the emu, 'What's yours?' 'I'll have the same,' says the emu. A short time later the waitress returns with the order 'That will be $9.40 please,' and he reaches into his pocket and pulls out the exact change for payment. The next day, the man and the emu come again and he says, 'A hamburger, chips and a coke.' The emu says, 'I'll have the same.' Again the truckie reaches into his pocket and pays with exact change. This becomes routine until the two enter again.. 'The usual?' asks the waitress. 'No, it's Friday night, so I'll have a steak, baked potato and a salad,' says the man. 'Same,' says the emu. Shortly the waitress brings the order and says, 'That will be $32.62.' Once again the man pulls the exact change out of his pocket and places it on the table. The waitress cannot hold back her curiosity any longer.. 'Excuse me, mate, how do you manage to always come up with the exact change in your pocket every time?' 'Well, love' says the truckie, 'a few years ago, I was cleaning out the back shed, and found an old lamp. When I rubbed it, a Genie appeared and offered me two wishes. My first wish was that if I ever had to pay for anything, I would just put my hand in my pocket and the right amount of money would always be there.' 'That's brilliant!' says the waitress. 'Most people would ask for a million dollars or something, but you'll always be as rich as you want for as long as you live!' 'That's right. Whether it's a gallon of milk or a Rolls Royce, the exact money is always there,' says the man. The waitress asks, 'What's with the bloody emu?' The truckie sighs, pauses, and answers, 'My second wish was for a tall chick with a big arse and long legs, who agrees with everything I say.'

I've already had queries about what is the difference between mine and a $8K Stagea ... buy the $8K stagea and find out. You won't get this for $8K. I'm really not fussed. If it doesn't sell I'm more than happy to keep it.

Back from the World Superbikes at Phillip Island. Got back home at 3am this morning ... still feeling the big weekend. Working from 6.00am thru to 6.00pm. Got positioned at turn 1 for "recovery" (of crashed bikes and riders). Did anyone watch the National Supers race and see the 3 bike pile up into turn 1? I was there. 3 riders down, 2 out cold and 1 very pissed off. Good thing it was on the last lap, so the race had ended anyway. Took a while to clean that one up. Biggest highlight of the working weekend. Biggest highlight of the non-working moments was the big FAIL to Vic police who capsicum sprayed half the pub when a fight broke out. That shit is nasty Anyway, might go to bed again and catch up on more sleep BTW the rear tyre on the Brutale got trashed

Out of Office Automated Response Ruby is currently on annual leave. Ruby is taking a holiday in the heart of motorcycling bliss at the World Superbikes Championship at Phillip Island, because he is in the rare 5% population who has a life outside of SAU. I will try to think of you all while I drink myself stupid and turn up to work at the track with a hangover each morning. Hell, avoid hangovers, stay drunk. I'll be sure to ensure the wind is blowing westward as I smoke up the tyres at the street party in Cowes each night, so Adelaide can receive a "postcard" from yours truly. I will be unable to attend to SAU matters during my time at the races and binge drinking each night. Agreed Pete. We don't know the full story. We all do stupid things ... for some people it cost them their lives. I hate hoons and drivers causing death, but there are always families who suffer on both sides of the coin.

I have my own "surprise" under my bed. If anyone broke in my house and still felt like sticking around after seeing some of my framed photos and framed medals, they deserve to be "sorted".

I've got one for sale right now. 122,000 kms. New waterpump and timing belt. Stock as, except for pod filter and 18" ROH mags. I was tempted to mod mine to make it more 'attractive' to buy, but went with keeping it stock as blank canvass for the buyer.
