Rant time: I'm looking for a spare engine/gearbox for my RS250 racebike. I answer an ad one guy has for an engine/box for $500. I tell him I'm real keen and I'll be in VIC in the next few weeks to pick it up. Next reply I get, he's saying sorry totalled receipts for work done and now wants $500 more than what he quoted. I tell him I'm not interested anymore and now he's having a go at me for wasting his time! Wasting his time??? Ready to just say I'll take it, go over there in the next few weeks and then just hand over the cash for the original price! Whatever happens after happens ... but I'll give him a demonstration of wasting time.

Hmm, dyno day for Stageas? I'd be keen. When is it. I've got my stag off the road having some things sorted, but its running much, much better than the SHT dyno day. Wouldn't mind getting it tuned again before the next dyno day. Anyone taking video on the day? Perhaps get PI or Zoom out there to run a feature? Edit: November 14th is good for me ... count me in 100% if its still on that Saturday.

The Woodville North area is the opposite. The cars go so slow, an exiting passenger couldn't possibly hurt themselves Incidentally, dobbed in a hoon on Sunday. I was out front mowing the rainforest I call a front yard, when some bogan slag in a commonwhore was hooning all around our streets. Came racing down my street and chucked a right-hander at the T intersection ... without slowing at all. Bouncing the car all the way. Returned up my street, locked it up halfway down, chucked a few skids doing a hopeless 5 point turn, almost hitting cars on the street in the process. About the 3rd time down our street, her rear bumper was hanging off the car, but she still went on thrashing the car. The cops could hear all this while I was talking to them. Shoulda thrown a brick at her Looked like she prob got pissed at the pub and was hunting down the BF or something. f**king crazy cow was a hazard to the kids in the area.

Spotted a grey R33 turning from Pultney onto South Tce/Glen Osmond Rd this morning ... running the red light. Bud, thats the 2nd time I've seen you do that. You're gunna get caught, or worse. Nice car btw.

I think you'll find alot of shops will be reluctant to loan their booths .. in case of misuse or negligence (and insurance reasons) ... a well ventilated garage can do the trick if you get desperate.

Willall got their 4WD dyno up and running yet Luke? Might need to throw the Stag their way for a tune in the next month or so.

Sweet. Now that I got my fueling and CAS fixed, I wanna get the Stagea on the rollers to get back those lost ponies. Did a compression check a while ago and thankfully no compression loss or blown rings etc. Thankful that I babied the stag around when I knew it wasn't running right. I wanna get to that turbo/dump gasket leak this weekend too.

Tracy just messaged me and confirmed she was indeed there for the delivery. So it was her smiling away at you guys Being the Theatre Technician, she sets up the threatre beforehand, assists with the delivery/surgery, and closes the threatre up after ... so she was there from beginning to end. She says "congratulations" too btw.

She started her shift at 2pm ... so she may have missed being in your threatre. I'll ask her tonight. In any case, yeah I'm sure talking to the parents-to-be is something that can wait Once again, congrats Craig! ... but ... Pics or ban!!!! CORRECTION: she started her shift at 9am d'oh!
