Well they seem to be a rare as hen's teeth, but I don't want to stick this CAS back in. If its not working 100%, I don't want to know about it. Stagea is coming off the road to have all its little problems sorted. Between now and the Loxton trip, I want to sort out every little thing that is bugging me. I'll be going over the car with a fine combe. To do list is: 1. replace CAS 2. neatly fit air/fuel, boost, oil pressure gauge in console (remove cig lighter and ash tray - they never get used) 3. replace leaking turbo-dump pipe gasket (while I'm at it, I'll get the turbo checked out health-wise) 4. sort FPR issue 5. replace O2 sensor 6. clean/replace AFM 7. full service/dyno tune 8. fit trans cooler 9. fit 52mm alloy radiator 10. fit QFM pads 11. fit new subwoofers and amp to back of stag 12. respray front bar and bodykit to match rest of paint work; and if I have time 13. lightly rub the rest of the bodywork and respray the whole wagon. I'm sure there's more But the stag will look and run better than ever.

For a second there I thought you were going to say YOUR 33 was stolen. Sorry to hear about your mate's misfortune. Hopefully the gang of 49 gets bored with a non-turbo and it turns up relatively trouble-free and in one piece. Farkin thieves!

The Stagea came off the road last night, for some much needed lovin' Borrowed a timing light last night (thanks R334doors2) and decided to double check my timing this morning. Problem: after removing the CAS, I noticed it was very 'tight' to spin, but however didn't make any worn bearing-type noises! I'm safely assuming this is not normal? I have a spare CAS for RB, but it won't fit my Neo motor. This one spins much more freely, so my CAS is rooted. Clearly they're different, much to my inconvenience. Obviously, I'm in need of another CAS for RB25DET Neo? Will a non-turbo Neo be the same? Help please!

I haven't been in months!!! Tracy working nights, and my Stag playing funny games has seen me become boring lately. Also badly trying to save money.

But why blow $200 or so on a track day, when you can blow $400 on your excess! Speaking of track days ... Saturday 19th of this month, I'm gunna try and sneak out to a ride day at Mallala. Gotta setup my 250 and might be the only chance I can do it before the next year racing season. Who wants to see Ruby crash???

Many years ago, I helped a mate fit a 12A into a KE10! Last I saw of that project he was getting it wired up. Don't know how far he got. But even a 12A in something as small as that would have been fun!

Yeah, our 10yo lad was in the car at the time too. They're both okay ... thats the main thing. Still not happy about it, but I've calmed down some. Don't think Tracy will drive down that road anymore. Not long ago she hit a big dog which damaged her car ... now a rock gets thrown at her car! ... and we only got it back from the repairers 2 weeks ago. The Woodville North area is just full of ferals and stupid people.
