seems to me the ebc isnt doing its job properly, I experinced a similar probelm with my blitz EBC and probelm was the hoses running to the solonoid where to long so now i have ones that are about 15 to 20 cm and its fine, somewhere in the manual it says about making sure the hoses arent to long
good and cheap dont usually go together you should look for more good mechianic that is reasonalbly priced and honest because remmber as in alot of things you get what you pay for so if you wanna go cheap expect a cheap shitty job
Id let you borrow my stock ecu but its for a r33, and im in glenny to, well in regards to extension if you ring them I think they can give like a couple of weeks extension on the phone and if you want more you have to write to them
This is the dyno graph of my car and I was just wondering where it drops off a couple of psi boost near redline since it has a 14 psi acatutor in it at the moment if I were to get a 18psi one would it hold better or is this happening just due to the fact its a 0.63 rear.
Just connect it to the ground wire you used for ur headunit or just connect it under the bolt where you gear stick surround is. If you wanna connect it to the handbreake you gota take off the handbrake sorround and thers a wire going from the handbrake splice into that
Im wanting to keep the cannon on the rear , im not really looking to make it EPA compliant just want a lil bit less noise than I got now so as to help take off attention when driving, so I just wanted to add a muffler in the middle since I dont have one in there atm.
or remove the aac and move around the wiring harness there abit and you should see it, will be a bit of a F#@k around to get it on but if you cant be bothred taken the rocker off can be done
At the moment I have 3.5inch exhust with just the cannon no resanotor and Im wanting to quiet it down but with no lose of power , anyone got any suggestions of any type of specific resanotor or muffler I can use in the middle that will not lose performance , I dont care about the price. Thanks
If you polish them yourself dw they cant come up shit the longer you go the better it gets just keep sanding and increasing the sandpaper grit up to atleast 1500 then use metal polish took me bout 6 hrs for both ahaha and doing while the covers on the engine I had a sore back but looks good lol
It comes down to personal preference, do you personally prefer luxury performance cars or just all out performance car, in terms of power for money you wont beat the gtr but in the end it really comes down to which one you like better both cars are reliable and both are expensive cars to keep, for me I would pick the gtr anyday no luxury car could make me choose other than a nice r34 gtr but to me sounds like you like more the luxury performance cars
You seem to be one that is trying to find a good deal and not have to fork out 3000 or so for a garett kit so I would recommend if you settle for 250kw go for a highflow from where other have stated gcg or hypergear or if you want 270kw then try hypergears atr43g3 it will make the power prob im guessing at around 17psi and are good on price , and also take into consideration that when people say bolt on they usualy mean it bolts onto the standard exhust manifold but you may or may not have to have a new dump pipe made , you will need new oil lines and maybe water, new intake pipe and posibly modify your intercoller pipe but the high flow are pretty much stright bolt on.
Mods are JJR stealth intercooler, nismo 555 injectors, z32, blitz ebc, power fc, nismo fuel pump, full 3.5inch exhust, hypergear tr43i turbo.
The car made 265kw on 17.5psi
Yeah , theres not much that will perform and beat hypergear in its price range, its becoming a good alternative for those who cant get the money for garett or hks etc turbos
